Kellogg House offers luxurious accommodations in a 1928 Colonial 
Revival home. The house has been historically restored while 
incorporating an elegant and hip sense of decorating style. Walk or 
bike to beach, dining, shopping and Bay Creek Resort golf courses and 
marina.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The Kellogg House is a 5000 square foot historic home, restored in 2005.  
 
3 bedrooms with new sealy queen sized beds, 2 bathrooms and 1 sitting 
room with a pull out couch on the second floor. 
 
Full Kitchen: Kitchen is fully equipped with double door refrigerator, 
5 burner range, oven, double sink, dishwasher, microwave, ice maker, 
and outdoor herb garden 
 
Cooking Utensils Provided: Stemware, glassware, dishes, pots and pans 
 
Entertainment: Basic Cable TV - 26 channels, DVD, CD Player, Stereo 
System, Ping Pong/Table Tennis 
    
Air Conditioning: Each room is individually climate controlled 
 
Washer: New washer 
 
Dryer: New dryer 
 
Linens Provided: All linens, duvet covers, towels and shower curtains 
are laundered between each rental. 800 gram towels, 400 thread count 
sheets and matelasse duvet covers
