CLEAN 28th St. Condo w/pool, WIFI, baby gear, prime location in Ocean City

IMPORTANT: you are dealing directly with the owner---not a management company or corporate giant. I will mail you everything you need before you arrive in OC. You will not have to wait in a long line to get the keys and things you need for your vacation. Leaving is just as painless, you will not wait in another long line to "check out".

**We do have a second condo in the same building (first floor directly overlooking the pool) if your needs require an additional condo!

New in 2010--Freshly painted and new dining room furniture and a completely remodeled bathroom in 2011. If you are looking for a nice, clean place to stay--you have found

This condo has a pool and 2 bedrooms with 2 full-sized beds in each
(which makes it perfect for 2 families or a group of friends to
share!) Save a bundle by eating meals in the condo. The kitchen is
equipped with all that you would need (toaster, microwave, coffee
maker, large crockpot, George Foreman grill, electric iced tea maker,  pots & pans, electric griddle, etc). There is a full sized refrigerator and a stove/oven!  There are
plenty of games to play and movies to watch if it rains. We also have an XBOX and tons of games to play!! There is one assigned parking spot, but there are extras in the lot as well as side street parking. We are an end unit located on the second floor which makes it somewhat more private as no one has a need to walk past our unit.
The pool is absolutely wonderful and there is also an outside shower to rinse your body and your "toys" off with when you return from the beach. Our condo complex consists of only one building, which makes the pool less crowded (don't be surprised if you have the pool to yourself at times). Neighboring condo's have one pool for many buildings. We also have a property manager who closely monitors the building. We take great pride in our vacation home and unlike many rental properties in OC MD, we use ours frequently. Every time we visit, we make some kind of improvement. It could be as small as wiping down the walls, or a big as painting and wallpapering or replacing items used by our guests. We absolutely love our time there, and hope you will as well.

The park that is pictured is about 2 1/2 blocks from our condo. It is extremely nice and you walk right past it on the way to the beach/boards.

There is a fully equipped kitchen, central air conditioning, cable tv in the living room and in one of the bedrooms. One tv in the living room with a vcr/dvd player combo, one in a bedroom with a vcr, and an XBOX gaming system in the other bedroom that plays DVD's and tons of games. We also have a full sized refrigerator, a dishwasher, and a washer & dryer.

Parents, leave the baby gear at home because we have a Pack-N-Play
for crib use, a booster seat, a bed rail, and a highchair.

The living room and dining room have been freshly painted and
decorated with a "beach"
theme.

Located just off Coastal Highway and 28th street (behind the Jolly
Roger), the condo is minutes from everything. Ideally located within
walking distance to the beach (about 10 minutes), nightclubs,
restaurants, mini golf, The Jolly Roger Amusement Park, convience
stores, and more. Shoppers heaven--3/4 hour to Rehobeth outlets and
10 minutes to OC outlets. $2.00 a day gets you a ticket to ride the
OC bus all day. Just for your information, the boardwalk ends on
27th street. One nice feature of being at that end of the boardwalk
is that there is a restroom right there if needed while at the
beach, a rinsing station for sandy items and a boardwalk-side bar if
you are interested in sitting by the boards sipping a cold drink
while keeping an eye on your things. Parking at this end of the boards is FREE if you should decide to drive to the beach.

Off-season: $550 per week or $80.00 per night

Partial weeks or long weekends for September-May are fine!

Off-season rates apply for October through April. Long weekends
accepted with a three night minimum. Rental for an entire month
(Sept-April) is negotiable.
