All new decor and almost 100% new furnishings will adorn this beautiful unit that is fully furnished and equipped including all linens, bath towels, and even beach towels provided for you to use during your stay.

We stock a closet with coolers, beach chairs, toys, boogies boards - all you'll need to enjoy your stay - so bring your swimsuit, your sunscreen, your favorite beverages and sense of adventure - Beach Paradise is just waiting for you to come!

Smoking allowed on patio only. We welcome one small dog to share
your space with you - no cats allowed or smoking inside due to owner allergies.

Mandatory disclaimer - all owners at the Maravilla are required to provide this notice to their guests:  All persons entering the premises of the Maravilla Condominium Complex including but not limited to owners, guests, renters, tenants, contractors, employees of contractors, or anyone else are hereby notified that the Maravilla complex, or some portion of the complex, is under construction which poses certain risks to those on the property.  By your presence on the property you indicate your understanding of the risks associated with your presence in a construction area and hereby release, discharge and/or otherwise indemnify and hold harmless the Maravilla HOA and each of its members jointly and severally, all employees and staff of the Maravilla HOA, and Etheredge Property Management and its principals, employees and staff from any action that results from my presence on the property for any injury to myself or damage to my property which may result from my presence on the property.  An adult entering the property is acknowledging on behalf of their own minor child(ren) that said adult assumes all responsibility and liability for the action(s) of said child(ren); and hereby – on behalf of said child(ren) releases discharges and/or otherwise indemnifies and holds harmless the Maravilla HOA and each of its members jointly and severally, all employees and staff of the Maravilla HOA, and Etheredge Property Management and its principals, employees and staff from any action that results from the child(ren)’s presence on the property for any injury to said child(ren) or damage to the child(ren)’s property which may result from the child(ren)’s presence on the property.

Labor Day has passed us by marking the "end" of summer, but the weather remains awesome and inviting in Galveston.  Our rates are comparable to a local hotel room that does not include amenities like separate bedrooms and full kitchens.  Compare & Save!

2-night minimum stay required.  There are no surprises in our pricing - everything is included - taxes, cleaning, linens and when required one parking permit per vehicle.  Additional vehicle parking permits are available at $10.00/each.   

 Monday - Thursday nightly rate          $175/night first 2 nights - $150 each additional weeknight

Friday, Saturday, Sunday                    $225/night first 2 nights - $175 each additional weekend night, $125/night each additional weeknight
