We stock a closet with coolers, beach chairs, toys, boogies boards - all you'll need to enjoy your stay - so bring your swimsuit, your sunscreen, your favorite beverages and sense of adventure - Beach Paradise is just waiting for you to come!

Smoking allowed on patio only. We welcome one small dog to share
your space with you - no cats allowed or smoking inside due to owner allergies.

All owners at the Maravilla are required to provide this notice to their guests: The Maravilla complex, or some portion of the complex, is under construction which poses certain risks to those on the property.  By your presence at the Maravilla complex, you understand the risks associated with your presence in a construction area and hereby release, discharge and/;or otherwise indemnify and hold harmless the Maravilla HOA and each of its members jointly and severally, all employees and staff of the Maravilla HOA, Etheredge Property Management and its principals, employees and staff, KAD Constructors, Inc., it’s employees, and any subcontractors hired through any of these entities along with their employees from any action that results from my presence on the property for any injury to yourself or damage to your property which may result from your presence on the property.  The primary renter of unit # 201 will acknowledge, by accepting the rental agreement, that they have read, understood and are accepting this statement on behalf of him/herself as well as all those who stay with them in the condo.

2 pools and hot tub on property - condition dependent on maintenance staff.  Due to construction, cleaning schedules, etc., not all amenities are available at all times - but the ocean is right in front of you - what more can you ask for?????

Galveston is growing!  The Historic Pleasure Pier is being brought back with a carnival atmosphere,
rides, games, etc.  Look for this to be completed in late May.  Also, directly to the west of the Maravilla on Seawall Boulevard, the Marriott Corporation is constructing new hotel options for future visitors.  Construction hours are somewhere in the vicinity of 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and there is heavy equipment and at times more noise than others.  Please don’t let this stop
you from coming as we have reduced our rates to accommodate for the inconvenience, even though the heaviest noise time is during the day when most of our guests are out sightseeing, at the beach, etc.  The front building and some west side units at the Maravilla are undergoing a facelift with new siding and railings being installed.  The units that we manage in these areas
during this time.  There may be noise to some of the other units while this progress is being made.  Some of the Maravilla units, likewise, are undergoing facelifts to their interiors and you may from time to time hear noise associated with that, but work hours end by early evening.  Experience Galveston now, while our rates are lower!

Here comes the sun!  Our rates are comparable to a local hotel room that does not include amenities like over 700 square feet of space, separate bedrooms, a HUGE balcony and full kitchens.  Compare & Save!

No surprise Pricing!  If we say our rate is $170/night then its $170/night - not plus this and plus that and the total comes to $250!  We include bed linens, bath towels, cleaning upon your departure, one parking permit for the duration of your stay, City of Galveston and State of Texas Occupancy taxes.  Now-------you do have to provide your own drink with an umbrella in it, but hey - we tried to include everything!
