floors with throw rugs. Canopied Front Porch and a Back Sun Deck with
2 Small Circle Tables and 4 Chairs, one picnic bench and seating for
an additional 8 people.
The Country Style Kitchen has a Nook Size table and seats two for
breakfast or lunch or sitting while preparing your special dinner.
Fully furnished kitchen, utensils, stainless steal cookery and
colorful dinner ware for 16 guests. Enjoy Breakfast or lunch in the
back on the deck! Pear and Plum Trees for natural summer/fall
seasonal fruits ready to pick off the trees.
The Bay Room (View of Shasta)is soft Blue with a White Round Wood
Breakfast table and four (4) chairs, with a Blue Queen Couch & Sleeper.
Sit near the Bay Room Window, cushioned seating while enjoying your
favorite home cooked meals for breakfast or lunch. Panels as a Private
Room/Closet/Mirror and can be opened for entertaining into the living
room area.

Weekly Rental Fees: Per Week $950.00 for sleeping 8-10 people/Deposit $200.00. Cleaning fees $75.00 to $125.00.

Monthly Rental Fees: Per Month $2000.00 for sleeping 8-19 
people/Deposit $200.00 retunred after the house is cleaned. Cleaning
fee $100.00 for an outside cleaning service. Total $2000.00 for 29
days only. Tenant agreement beyond 30 days.

Small/Medium House Pets (clean & no fleas) are welcomed ($20.00
Special Cleaning Fee per pet).
Deposits of $200.00 to hold the place, returned upon departure after
deducting $75.00- $125.00 cleaning fee. Deposit Refunds with a 24
hour change a required $25.00 Administrative Fee included.
