It is Your Hearts Desire to Vacation in our Newly Furnished Designer
Quaint House. Sitting on a Wood Cushioned Bench on the Front Porch,
smelling the fresh air and seeing the greenery and viewing the
Mountain will refresh your self, family, and friends.
House Pets are welcomed!
Environmentally safe paint on the walls. "Plug in Ionizer" for robust
air. Wood burning Fireplace Insert (bring logs), Central Heating and
Monitor Heating. Each room is designed for your unique comfort an "A
Heartfelt Home" feeling. Energy Efficient Windows/Insulation and wood
floors with throw rugs. Canopied Front Porch and a Back Sun Deck with
2 Small Circle Tables and 4 Chairs, one picnic bench and seating for
an additional 8 people.
The Country Style Kitchen has a Nook Size table and seats two for
breakfast or lunch or sitting while preparing your special dinner.
Fully furnished kitchen, utensils, stainless steal cookery and
colorful dinner ware for 16 guests. Enjoy Breakfast or lunch in the
back on the deck! Pear and Plum Trees for natural summer/fall
seasonal fruits ready to pick off the trees.
The Bay Room (View of Shasta)is soft Blue with a White Round Wood
Breakfast table and four chairs, with a Blue Queen Couch & Sleeper.
Sit near the Bay Room Window, cushioned seating while enjoying your
favorite home cooked meals for breakfast or lunch. Panels as a Private
Room/Closet/Mirror and can be opened for entertaining into the living
room area.
The Living Room with the Cozy Woodburning Fireplace and a Crimson Red
Queen Couch & Sleeper, Rest in front of the fireplace on Sheep Skin

Daily Rental Fees: $150.00 for sleeping 8 people/$10.00 for each
person per day up to 12 people. Deposit $200.00
(-$75.00) for cleaning fee,$125.00 returned.
Weekly Rental Times/All Seasons
Check IN: 3:00 PM
Check OUT: 10:00 AM (cleaning for next guests)
Weekly Rental Fees: Per Day $135.00/Per Week $950.00 for sleeping 8
people/Deposit $150.00 (- $50.00) for cleaning fee, $100.00 returned.
Total $1000.00 for 7 days.
Monthly Rental Times/All Seasons

Check OUT: 10:00 AM (cleaning for next guests)
Monthly Rental Fees: Per Day $80.00/Per Month $2400.00 for sleeping 8
people/Deposit $150.00 retunred after the house is cleanted. Cleaning
fee $100.00 for an outside cleaning service. Total $2500.00 for 29
days.
Small/Medium House Pets (clean & no fleas) are welcomed ($20.00
Special Cleaning Fee per pet).
Deposits of $200.00 to hold the place, returned upon departure after
deducting $75.00- $100.00 cleaning fee. Deposit Refunds with a 24
hour change a required $25.00 Administrative Fee included.
