Wow! We had such a blast at the condo and on the beach. Wearing flip flops
and getting ice cream at 2 Scoops was just about as close to heaven as you
can get.
The condo is so nice, we had a hard time getting our kids away from the wi-fi
and flat screen. This is easy living and your plan to retire here is well
thought out!
We hope to come back with more family and make a reunion trip on this
beautiful Island. Sunsets at 8:15 p.m. at the beach are not to be missed.

What a wonderful place to celebrate Ed's 60th birthday!

Anna Maria Island is about 40 miles south of Tampa and is one of
Florida's barrier islands.

White, sugar soft, sand beaches stretch over seven miles on Anna
Maria Island on the Gulf of Mexico. Three bridges provide easy access
from the island to the mainland.

Anna Maria Island is one of the few islands in this country, which
does not allow high-rise construction and preserves the Gulf views
for all its citizens.

DINING:
Anna Maria Island offers over twenty excellent, top rated restaurants
that are all within a 10 minute drive.

Shopping:
Dozens of local retail shops are within a short bicycle or old
fashion trolley ride. Internationally known St. Armands Key is just a
20-minute drive. Food and Beverage shopping is just a four-minute
drive.

Entertainment:
Live Theater, Art Galleries and Orchestra are within a few minutes on
the island and within a 25-minute drive to the cultural center of
Southwest Florida, Sarasota. The internationally significant Mote
Marine Center and Aquarium is a 10-minute drive. There are over 36
golf courses within a 30-minute drive. The baseball spring camps of
the Chicago White Sox's, Pittsburgh Pirates, Tampa Bay Rays,
Philadelphia Phillies, Toronto Blue Jays, and New York Yankees are
all within a one hour drive. Football with the Tampa Buccaneers is a
one-hour drive. The world famous Marie Selby Botanical Gardens
attraction is a 25-minute drive. Busch Gardens and Cypress Gardens
are a 1½-hour drive. Disney World and Sea World are a 2½ hour drive.
Holmes Beach Library is a 3-minute drive.

Fishing, Boating & Diving:
The finest guides for both inshore and offshore excursions are just a
few minutes away. Kayak and canoe echo tours are available nearby.
Power and sailboat rentals are available just minutes away.

Beaches:
Seven miles of wide pristine white sand for strolling or jogging are
at your back door.

Swimming:
You can swim in our heated pool or the warm aqua marine waters of the
Gulf of Mexico.

Airports:
The Sarasota/Bradenton International Airport is a 1/2-hour drive. The
Tampa International Airport is a 1-hour drive. The St. Petersburg-
Clearwater International Airport is about a 3/4-hour drive.

$2,000 to $3,400 per week depending on the season.  Higher rates apply during the spring and on holiday weeks.

Florida taxes of 10.5% are in addition to
stated rates Security Deposit or credit card imprint required at time
of booking. There is a $100 cleaning charge and a small application
fee. The property management company will spell out all charges.
Call for last minute specials! Stays within the next 30 days are
made at a 20% discount so call us! **This offer does not apply when
the rate is at $2000 per week. It does apply in February through August.
Rates subject to change until confirmed. Reduced rates apply for
longer bookings so call and ask!

Cancellations more than 90 days from your stay receive all monies back
less $100. Less than 90 days best efforts will be made to re-book the
unit. If successful you receive your deposit back, if not the funds
will be retained.

Security Deposit
In order to secure your reservation, a security deposit of $1000 USD
is required. You can discuss the options available to you with our
Property Management company when you make your reservation. Please ask
about our Security Deposit Waiver program when you call.
Your security deposit will be refunded if there is no damage to the
rental unit after satisfactory inspection upon your departure. On the
other hand, you are responsible for paying in full the cost of any
damage or excessive cleaning charges. You will be notified in writing
prior to any repair charges or excess cleaning fees being deducted
from your security deposit or charged to your credit card.
