Jan 01 - Feb 28 =  $235/night, $1,250/week or $4,400/month
Mar 01 - Mar 31 =  $265/night, $1,450/week or $5,100/month
Apr 01 - Apr 15 =  $235/night, $1,250/week or $4,400/month
Apr 16 - May 31 =  $165/night, $  910/week or $3,200/month

Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years use January rates.
4 night minimum. One week minimum in March. 3 night minimum 
June thru Sept.

No Additionl Taxes or Fees. Checks, Credit Cards, and PayPal 
accepted.

50% due at time of reservation, balance due 30 days before check in.

Refundable Security deposit $200
Cleaning fee $125
