Vacation Rental Description

Just 3 houses to the ocean, this sunny, 1 bedroom, second floor rear 
unit of a duplex is the best value in South Mission Beach! Perfect 
for a couple or small family, you will find this great location 
offers all of the comforts of a small vacation home without the high 
price of a hotel. 

Located on the ocean side of Devon Court (3 blocks south of Belmont 
park), you can enjoy fun in the sun at the Pacific Ocean and stroll 
one block to the bay to view Seaworld's fireworks.

The unit features hardwood floors in living room and bedroom with 
ceramic tile in the kitchen and bath. New double-paned windows offer 
privacy or open them for a nice ocean breeze.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The bedroom is adjacent to the living area and offers a queen-
sized bed and dresser, plus an ample walk-in closet.  All bedding 
and linens are included.

The bathroom is off of the bedroom is equipped with a shower 
(no tub). Bath towels and hair dryer are provided.

The cozy living area is furnished with a full-sized futon sofa 
(sleeps 2), ceiling fan, chairs, premium satellite DirecTV service 
with 8 HBO channels included, DVD, VCR and telephone with local 
service included. Cable internet is also included so you can be 
connected to the web...even on vacation!

Dine at the breakfast bar on stools or at a small table in the 
kitchen area. The kitchen amenities include: range w/oven, 
refrigerator, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, cookware, 
utensils, and table service (no dishwasher).

Outside amenities include: 
2 beach cruiser bicycles
Hot and cold outdoor shower
Grill 2 Go Fire & Ice portable BBQ and cooler combination
Assorted coolers
Boogie boards
Beach umbrella
Beach Towels
Beach chairs
Frisbee and assorted beach toys. 

One standard size vehicle parking space available.

The unit provides an outdoor landing large enough for grilling, but 
no lounge deck.

Activities and Attractions

South Mission Beach has it all! Quiet when you want it, and action 
when your ready for it. Biking, walking, surfing, volleyball, shops, 
restaurants, sailing, boat rentals, and all with in 
walking distance.

Belmont Park with its historic roller coaster and olympic-sized pool 
and health club at the Plunge is just a 5 minute walk from your 
door. Belmont Park is filled with rides and activities for the kids, 
plus, it offers a variety of stores, restaurants and a night club.

Located nearby you'll find: Sea World, Seaport Village, San Diego 
Zoo, Balboa Park, Wild Animal Park, Legoland, La Jolla, Scripps 
Aquarium, Del Mar Race Track, Old-Town, Julian and Native American 
Gaming! 

Vacation Rental Rates

***The unit is filled October 1, 2007- May, 2008***

July - August, Holidays $850 per week 
April, May, June, September & October $750 per week
November - March $600 per week; $1500 per month
All rates are subject to change until reserved.
Holidays subject to increased rates and a minimum stay.

Add 10.5% city room tax to all rates and a refundable deposit (if no 
damages)to hold the reservation. Rent and tax is due 30 days prior 
to arrival. Please ask about our cancellation policy.

Maximum Occupancy: Four persons maximum. (2 adults & 2 children) 
NOTE: Although we have bedding for 4 people to sleep, when the futon 
is in use, the floor space becomes very limited. Please consider 
this an intimate setting for 4 adults.
