the widest point of Lake Wallenpaupack’s 15 mile length.  This town 
house features approximately 2,500 square feet of living space with 
3 
bedrooms, two full baths, and loft.  Master bedroom also features a 
dressing area.  Of course there is a fully furnished, fully equipped 
kitchen, dinning room, and living room with cable TV.  But, this 
great vacation home also features a huge family room complete with 
cable TV.  Every room has a view of the lake.  No smokers, no pets.

Activities and Attractions

Swimming, boating, water skiing, jet skiing, dock, fishing, tennis, 
Claws and Paws Animal Park, Fun park within 10 miles has mini golf, 
go carts, bumper boats, paintball. Two public golf courses, movie 
theater, and shopping malls within 20 minutes.  Country store, Ice 
cream stand and restaurants only minutes away.

Vacation Rental Rates

Minimum rental is one full week.  Rates are May/June thru the 23rd 
$1475 a week, June 24 thru July/August $1,925 a week except 7/1/06 - 
7/9/06 which is $2,100, and September $1,325 per week. Note: Weeks 
run from Sat. 3:00pm check in and end on following Sat. 10:00am 
check out and cleaning charge is $50.  Maximum occupancy is 8 people.
