Our Home was just completely remodeled and is ready for you to rent!!
We do have some summer weeks available, email us to check availability!

This house will sleep 10 people. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms,
washer and dryer , and a fully equipped brand new kitchen.
The back yard has a tropical feel, you will be surrounded by palm
trees. It's true California living. You will find an unfenced swimming pool, spa, a large grassy
area to play, and a BBQ to grill with. We have converted the garage to a game room for the whole
family to have some fun.

Master Bedroom has a California King Size Bed, night stand,
armoire, a TV with DVD/VRC, and an alarm clock.

Master Bathroom has a shower with a steam-shower feature for your
enjoyment.

Bedroom #2 has a Queen Size Bed, night stand, dresser, and an alarm clock..

Bedroom #3 has 2 Bunk Beds with 4 Twin Beds. This surfer room is decked out in all the latest Roxy
and Quiksilver gear. The kids will find some games and toys in both bedroom closets; all are for
various ages to enjoy.

Guest Bathroom has a Jacuzzi bath tub along with a shower.

Family Room has been equipped with a 52" High Definition TV with surround sound and a DVD player. We
also have a stereo system and an IPod hook up.

Kitchen: The newly remodeled kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel sink, an island and
new cherry finished cabinets. It is fully loaded with everything you will need to feel at home in
this kitchen. We will also provided plastic-ware for your outside poolside BBQ’s.

Dining – The inside dining table has seats for 8 along with a Bistro Table for 2 an 2 Bar Stools at
the breakfast bar.

The Back Yard has been landscaped. You will find everything you need for a poolside BBQ.
The swimming pool is not fenced, so swim at your own risk. But the back door is alarmed and has a
high lock out of reach to small children. Enjoy the California sun, swim in the swimming pool, spa ,
and a large grassy area to play. You will find lounge chairs and pool toys. Seating for 8.

The Game Room
We have converted the garage to a game room for the whole family to enjoy. There is a pool table,
TV, & Game Cube with games to play.

We are located in the Disneyland neighborhood. We are 2 1/2 blocks

All utilities and taxes included.
Rates are subject to change.
$150 cleaning fee.
$400 refundable security deposit. Refunded within 2 weeks of check
out. Non- refundable if
reservation is cancelled less than 30 days of the reservation.
Personal checks, cashier's checks, Pay Pal accepted (3% surcharge
applies).
$79 Cancellation fee applies to all cancelled reservations.
Full payment must be received 30 days prior to your stay.
Check in-3 pm, check out -11 am.
