Vacation Rental Description

  Beautiful 3 bedroom / 2.5 bath home in a quiet neighborhood 
approximately 8 miles from Disney.  Located just off of Highway 27 
within 2.5 miles of a Super Walmart and 1 mile of a major grocery 
store.  You can walk, run, or ride your bike on the streets of our 
development or relax in your own private pool between visits to the 
theme parks or other attractions.  Why stay at a hotel when you and 
your family or guests can relax in a fully furnished home at a 
significant savings over multiple hotel rooms.

Vacation Rental Amenities

  This home has a spacious family / dining room area for your entire 
group to relax or enjoy a meal.  A TV with cable service, DVD 
player, and a stereo are located in the family room.  Bring your 
laptop for high speed internet via a cable modem at no additional 
charge. A TV is also located in the master bedroom. 
  The kitchen is fully equipped with a oven, microwave, 
refridgerator, cooking untensils, silverware, and a eat in area 
complete with table and chairs.  No problems if you decide to eat at 
home or just choose to have snacks and drinks on hand.
Patio doors lead from the family room to a built-in 30x14 foot 
pool.  Pool heating is available at an additional charge upon 
request.  Patio furniture is also included to enjoy your lazy days 
by the pool.
  The master bedroom has a queen size bed with its own walk-in 
closet and master bath.  The second bedroom has a double bed and 
adjoins the 1/2 bath.  The third bedroom has two twin beds.  All 
bedrooms have linens and blankets.  A second full bath is located 
between 2nd and 3rd bedrooms.  A sofa bed is located in the family 
room allowing up to an 8 person sleeping capacity.
The home also has a washer and dryer along with a 2 car attached 
garage.  

Activities and Attractions

This home is located close to many attractions.  Disney theme parks 
are approximately 8 miles away.  Universal Studios and Sea World are 
within 30 minutes or less depending upon traffic.  Daytona Beach and 
Cape Canveral Space Center are within 90 minutes.  There are many 
other places to visit within Florida, too numerous to list.  For the

Vacation Rental Rates

Jan 5-Mar: $500 per week
Apr-Jun: $600 per week
Jul-Aug: $650 per week
Sep-Dec (not including holidays): $550 per week
Thanksgiving week: $800 per week
20 Dec-5 Jan: $1000 per week
Spring Break: $1000 per week
Pool heat can be requested at a cost of $120 per week (no discount)
Taxes and cleaning fees are not included
A $200.00 deposit will be required to confirm your reservation at 
the time of booking.  Tax is 11% which will be added to the rental 
fee.  A cleaning fee of $70.00 will be added to stays less than 14 
days.  There is a 7 day minimum stay required.  Pets will be 
considered on a case by case basis at an additional charge of 
$150.00 per week.
