This beautiful lakeside home is situated in the quiet residential
neighborhood of Woodtrail Village, which is adjacent to a large
nature reserve, so peace and tranquility is guaranteed as you lounge
around your own private pool.
Close proximity to many golf courses and
beaches, this is an ideal location if you are a keen golfer or just
relaxing on the white sandy beaches. This tastefully furnished home
has 3 bedrooms, two baths, laundry room, kitchen, two dining areas,
living room and a large private pool.
The house is fully equipped with everything that you
would have at home. All you need to do is bring your toothbrush.
You can relax with a cold beverage by the private pool and enjoy all
the comforts this wonderful vacation home has to offer. Drop a line
in the lake located right in the back
yard, or just bask in the sun and enjoy the peace and quiet.
As an added bonus there are fishing poles, pool toys, skateboards
and bikes as a courtesy for your stay.
If you want to go explore, New Port Richey is a wonderfully kept
secret. It's about 40 minutes from Tampa which has Busch Gardens and
Adventure Island a fun water park with slides, wave pools and many
other exciting adventures! One and half hours from Orlando which
hosts all the Disney Parks and Seaworld which just opened a
fantastic new "Shamu: show!. You're 15 minutes from Tarpon Springs
one of the largest Greek communities in Florida, where you can enjoy
dinner, spong docks or a glass bottom boat ride. Clearwater Beach is
only a short drive to white sandy beaches that are known throughout
the United States. Just north is Weeki Wachee, home of the mermaid
show, a natural springs water park and canoe rentals. These natural
springs are home to the beautiful and friendly manatees, it's a
sight everyone should see at least once, but if you see it once...
you'll want to see these rare creatures again and again.
There's shopping, good restaurants, you can also rent a boat and
take it to the Sand Bar, Anclote Island or Honeymoon Island where
you can spend the day swimming, shelling and watching dolphins.

Rates for Feb, March, April = $800 per week or $2800 per month*
Rates for all other months = $600 per week or $2000 per month*
*Cap of $75 for electric (for monthly rentals)
Cleaning fee: $125
Sales tax: 9%
Deposits: $500 for the months of January, February, March and April.
$200 for the months of May through December.
Deposit is applied towards balance due. All monies are due by day of check in!
Cancellations: Deposit minus $25 will be refunded with 30 days notice for the months of January, February, March and April and 2 weeks notice for the months of May through December.
