Vacation Rental Description

Newly built luxury 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home with full air-
conditioning and own private swimming pool with a lovely sunny pool 
area which is not overlooked at the back.  Situated in one of central 
Florida's most sought after residential areas.  Ideally situated for 
full enjoyment of all the major attractions, only 2.5 miles from Walt 
Disney World and within walking distance to one of Florida's 
Championship 18 hole Golf Courses.  Windsor Palms is situated just 
off Highway 192.  Just 20 minutes from Orlando International airport 
and 50 minutes from Sanford airport.

The villa is tastfully furnished to the highest standard with a hugh 
48 inch TV in the main living area.  A recent addition is the air 
conditioned games room with table football, air hockey, cable TV and 
Playstation2. The luxurious master bedroom has its own en-suite 
bathroom, with full size bath and shower, remote control cable TV and 
ceiling fan.  There is a second master suite with shower room, also 
with remote control cable TV and 2 futher bedrooms are twin bedded.  

Vacation Rental Amenities

The villa is fully equipped for your stay in Florida and includes all 
bed linen, bath and hand towels etc.  In the utility area there is an 
automatic washing machine and tumble dryer.  The kitchen is also 
fully furnished with dishwasher, range cooker, microwave, 
fridge/freezer with ice maker.  A high chair is also provided free of 
charge.

Pool heating available on request.
A refundable security deposit of £150 / $250 is required with final 
payment.
A deposit of £100 / $150 per week is required to book the villa.
All rates include taxes.
