breath taking views from the living room balcony of the Atlantic
Ocean. This condo boasts a Jacuzzi tub in bathroom, queen bed
in master bedroom, 2 twin beds in guest bedroom, queen sofa bed in
living room, 2 TVs with cable, DVD player, video tape player,
stereo, fully stocked kitchen and a phone with local calls. All
appliances including stove, dishwasher, microwave and washer & dryer.

There is a Cafe and Lounge on site with Internet access, light lunch
and dinner menu and fully
stocked bar.
There is also an oversized heated swimming pool, whirlpool spa, 2
lighted tennis courts, white sand beach, volley ball court, kayak
rentals, several outside grills, marina with boat ramp and rental
slips, great snorkeling right off shore and the list goes on.

Ocean Pointe is located just a couple miles north of Islamorada the
sport fishing capitol of the world and a few miles south of Key
Largo the dive capitol of the world, need I say more!!!
For those of you who do not like to dive or fish,there are several
restaurants and shopping centers within minutes of the condo the
wild bird sanctuary is just up the road. Harris Park is at the end
of the street and John Pennekamp State Park is only 8 miles north
with fantastic nature walking trails, snorkeling on the reef, jet
skis, picnicking...etc. You can also swim with the dolphins and see
all of the marine wildlife at Theater of the Sea.

Sept 1st, 2009 - Dec 14th, 2009 $830.00 per week or $119.00 / night

December 14th, 2009 - January 5th, 2010 $1250.00 or $179.00 / night

January 6th, 2010 - January 31st, 2010 $830.00 or $119.00 / night                

Feb 1st, 2010 - April 30th, 2010 $1250.00 or $179.00 / night

Monthly Rates:
If you book for one month you will only be charged for 3 weeks (ONE
FREE WEEK ON MONTHLY RENTALS)

There will be a $75 cleaning fee.
$100.00 REFUNDABLE damage deposit required.
