Totally furnished 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo with a full kitchen. Our
condo is privately owned and is not associated with the Ocean Manor
Hotel, front desk or web site. Because of this there isn't any room
or maid service, However it is cleaned after each rental, all linens and towels are provided.

Great Location!! Building is directly on the beach!! Enjoy endless
walks on beautiful Ft. Lauderdale Beach! Tiled floors with a full
kitchen, living room/dining room, balcony, full bathroom and walk-in
closet. Bedroom has a queen bed. Bathroom has a walk in shower (no
tub). All linens are supplied. Cable T.V., Kitchen
provides full sized appliances, microwave (mini), coffee maker,
toaster and all utensils,glassware,plates,silverware are supplied.
Filtered water from kitchen sink. Ocean front Tiki bar serves adult
beverages. Pool side Cafe serves snacks, breakfast and lunch.
Indoor full-service restaurant. Complimentary valet
parking. Large ocean front heated pool with lounge chairs. Laundry
facilities. Walk to restaurants, grocery store, shops transportation,
water taxi and many other small businesses.

A $200 deposit will reserve a weeks stay (monthly stays $500).
Remaining balance due 30 days prior to check-in.
There is a refundable key and security deposit.
