A spectacular GULF FRONT 2 BR LUXURY unit. Located in
the "Dunes of Seagrove" overlooking the pool/hot tub and the Gulf.
Features include 7500 sq ft pool, dual level with waterfalls, and a
hot tub. There is a fitness facility with a steam and sauna on
site. Tennis court and beach rentals on site.
Our unit is a 1150 sq ft 2BR/2BA. It has 9 ft high ceilings with
fans throughout. The large patio doors invite you to spend the
afternoon on the huge covered balcony where you can sit and watch
the beautiful sunsets. It has a very comfortable yet luxurious decor
that will you make you feel right at home. The living room has a 42" HDTV and DVD player. The master bedroom has a king bed, 32" flat screen TV/DVD and is adjoined by a large bathroom with double vanity, jacuzzi tub and stall shower. There is a walk out to the balcony and view of the Gulf from the master.
The guest bedroom has a queen bed, TV/VCR/DVD and is adjacent to the
2nd bathroom.
The unit is equipped with free wireless internet.
In the great room, there is also a sleeper sofa.
There is a covered, assigned parking place on the ground floor. We
are located within 1/4 mile of the Deer Lake State Park which gives
you miles of deserted beachfront to walk. There are 16 miles of
bike trail that runs along Hwy 30-A where numerous great restaurants
are located.
Rosemary Beach is 5 miles east and Seaside is 3 miles West.
