affords the sportsmen some of the finest flat bottom boating, river fishing, crabbing, clamming, and shrimping 
available in the State of Florida.  

Enjoy your next vacation in this cozy 2 bedroom 2 bath condo. The comfy living room features a TV, VCR, DVD 
player, leather couch, loveseat and recliner. There is a fully quipped kitchen, W/D and all linens are supplied. The

Seasonal: January 1 - April 30 & May 21 - September 9
2 bedrooms / 2 baths - $750 weekly    $2,200 monthly

Off season: May 1 - May 20 & September 10 - December 31
2 bedrooms / 2 bath - $650 weekly    $1,900 monthly

Addtional charges: 12.5% state and county resort tax, a one time 
cleaning fee, a $35 processing fee and a $35 non-refundable damage 
waiver.

Deposit: $500 and will be applied towards your rent upon arrival.
