This beautiful, 4700 square foot villa features four private
bedrooms plus an Italian leather queen sleeper sofa in the separate
den (open door),and a full queen sleeper sofa in the separate downstairs
entertainment/sitting room , gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops
and completely equipped for entertaining, a 15 X 40 heated swimming
pool with slide for the kids to enjoy, a jacuzzi next to the
fountain, massive decks with views, and
verandas. The bright, light, and open interior is accentuated by
soaring ceilings, two-story windows, and French doors leading onto the
paver tiled verandas and courtyard containing a fountain. Just 7
minutes from downtown Sonoma Plaza, adjoins Cline Cellars Vineyard,
and looks out at Gloria Ferrar Champagne Caves, and across the street

The master bedroom has a sun room and a shower detailed with glass
block, and an antique king size poster bed, and private deck. There
are two bedrooms upstairs, each with queen-size beds and sharing a
full bath: one bedroom is in the loft, and the other has an attached upper level VERY
large deck, and lounge chairs.
The den on the main floor has a large screen TV and an Italian leather
queen sleeper sofa, and an arched open doorway.
The downstairs features a spacious game/entertainment room with foos
ball, and one bedroom with a queen bed and attached full bath. The downstairs living room has a queen
size sleeper sofa, and seperate entrance to the full bath, and an additional separate washer and
dryer. Additionally, the wine cellar has a full size bed [kids love
this room, but we don't count the wine cellaras as a bedroom!]. The entire house is air conditioned and available for up
to 12 people for nightly (two night min), weekly, or
monthly occupancy. You will love being surrounded by luxury in this

We are NOT licensed for weddings, but we welcome you to STAY with us,
and have your wedding at the adjoining wineries, Cline Cellars
Vineyards or Gloria Ferrar Champagne Caves, or Jacuzzi Winery, or
nearby Sonoma Mission Inn. If your wedding or reception is for 35
people or less, you MAY rent this Villa for your event, for an
additional fee or $1500, in addition to the normal rental rate.

This 4700 sq ft luxury home comfortably sleeps 12.
The weekly rental rate is $5500, including all taxes, and we have a
minimum rental fee of $5500 for rentals during high season, April-October.
Exception to the 1 week minimum: If the Villa is not rented 60 days
prior to your arrival, it is available nightly for $1200 per nite,
including tax, with just a 2 nite minimum!!

Off season, Nov 1-Apr 1, presents an excellent value, as the villa is
$695 per  night weekdays and $995/night on the weekends, and only $3990 per week, with a 9% tax required on all rentals, with NO 1 week minimum rental required during low season.

(Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years' weeks are also at the High
Season Rate).

$500 refundable security deposit required on all rentals. Deposits are
automatically refunded 30 days following your check out date, if left
in the same condition as found.

$200 cleaning fee on all rentals, we provide clean linens and towels.

The villa has spectacular vineyard views from nearly
every window, and there is a working Friesian horse ranch on the
property, so you also have views of big, black, bold Friesian horses
grazing in the pastures!
We have a heated 15 X 40 swimming pool and slide, and a
jacuzzi!!!
