Very Very Clean, comfortable family friendly 3 bedroom, 1 Full  
Bathroom and 1/4 bath.  
 
Large patio with furniture and BBQ. 
 
Parking space available.

Policies: 
.  Payment Options: Personal/Business Check, Cashiers Check, Money 
   Order. 
.  Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday during PEAK Season. 
   (Mid-june thru 1st week in September.) 
    Rest of the year a four night minimum. 
.  Check-in after 2:00pm      Check-out   by 10:00am. 
.  A 10.5% city room tax will applied to the rental rates. 
.  Security deposit of $400 is refundable shortly after departure if  
   key is returned and premises left in acceptable condition. 
.  Information such as obtaining keys and whom to call for assistance 
   will be sent after receipt of final payment. 
.  Rates include maid service on departure.

Activities and Attractions

Mission Beach is the ideal recreation area.  Surrounded by Mission  
Bay Park on one side and the beautiful Pacific Ocean on the other  
side both with incredible white sand beaches.  There is a paved  
boardwalk that winds around the whole area, perfect for walking,  
biking, joggin, rollerbladin etc.  Seaworld and the Zoo are only  
minutes away.  Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby,  Belmont Park  
with its famous Roller Coaster and other rides are a few blocks  
away.  There are childrens playgrounds at both ends of the bay for  
everyones enjoyment.  Enjoy the nightly Seaworld Fireworks on the  
bay during Summer.
