CD/Stereo system and sofa sleeper the other with sofa, recliner and 
flat screen TV with VCR/DVD player.  The fully equipped kitchen 
features granite counter tops and everything you'll need to prepare 
your favorite seaside dish.  Enjoy your meal while sitting at the 
ocean view dining area.  The north bedroom features a queen size bed 
and bath with Jacuzzi tub.  The south bedroom features a queen size 
bed, TV with DVD player and bath with walk-in shower.  This bathroom 
also features the W/D.  Parking spaces #1 and #2.

This complex features a oceanfront deck, bar-b-que grill, hammock and 
bicycle racks, all for you to enjoy.

Deposit:

A $500 deposit is required and will be applied towards your rent upon
