Vacation Rental Description

Renovated, all new stylish flooring, and modern furniture!
1,200 square feet (1,400 with patio and balcony) 2-story, town home 
style specious clean unit with direct 100% ocean views from most 
rooms, plus 2 free parking spaces (one under carport). All rooms 
freshly painted, updated with modern fixtures and household name 
brand electronics and appliances.
Living room has 2 pullout love seats, 2 rocking chairs, 27' Samsung 
TV with DVD, and patio that leads to the pool.
 2 large bedrooms with 2 baths, Italian furniture, Setra beds, bed 
sheets and towels, just bring your tooth brush
 Master bedroom is freshly painted with sea sponge effects and 
features a mirror wall, king size bed, 20' TV/VCR and oceanfront 
view double doors leading to a  balcony 
 Second bedroom has a queen and a twin bed.
 Full size open island bar kitchen with fridge, microwave, cpfee 
maker, blender, dishwasher, plates, pots, pans, etc, plus a large 
modern oak table in dining. Laundry is in the complex.
 Free local phone calls, internet service available for your laptop 
(must have own account setup).
 No smoking inside the unit

No smoking inside the unit, outside or on balconies only. No 
overnight RV or trailer parking, bikers are welcome by exception. 
This condo is privately owned and managed by the manager who lives 
onsite. All rents are subject to 12.5 % city and county tax, $65 one 
time cleanup fee, and $200 security deposit, which will be returned 
within 2 weeks after your stay. Additional fee of $50 per person if 
staying more than 6 people in the unit. Small pets OK for $50 extra 
per stay. Telephone is free of charge for local calls only. Long 
distance will require a calling card.
We welcome bikers and trailer parking is allowed during Daytona Bike 
Week. Up to 2 motorcycles can be parked under a carport in front of

Vacation Rental Rates

May 2008 SPECIAL: $450/week
January - March 2008 $599/week, $999/ 2 weeks or $1,599 monthly 
June - July 2008: $699/week or $2,000 monthly 
August 15 - December 2008: $499/week or $1,299 monthly 

Special events: Bike week, Daytona Race Week, 4th of July are $300 extra per 
stay.
*Please add $70 for cleaning and 12.5% tax

"Reserve & prepay 3 months in advance and get a FREE 1HR FULL BODY MASSAGE! 
(mention during reservation).
PAYMENTS ACCEPTED
Payment of at least $200 is required to secure a reservation. This will become your
 security deposit. We accept checks, money orders, and credit cards through PayPal 
(3% fee applies)  Please email or call us and we will fax, email, or mail you the reservation form. 

August - December and May is the slow season, but it's THE BEST TIME TÖ 
COME. The kids are back to school, so you can have the place to yourselves. 
Water temperature stays above 70 degrees until late October/early November. 
WE WILL REFUND ALL DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS IN CASE YOU ARE UNABLE TO COME 
BECAUSE OF A HURRICANE!.

MASSAGE DISCOUNT $25 ($30 total after discount) 
(1 person 1 hour full body massage, additional person is $55, must
