overnight RV or trailer parking, bikers are welcome by exception.
This condo is privately owned and managed by the manager who lives
onsite. All rents are subject to 12.5 % city and county tax, $65 one
time cleanup fee, and $200 security deposit, which will be returned
within 2 weeks after your stay. Additional fee of $50 per person if
staying more than 6 people in the unit. Small pets OK for $50 extra
per stay. Telephone is free of charge for local calls only. Long
distance will require a calling card.
We welcome bikers and trailer parking is allowed during Daytona Bike
Week. Up to 2 motorcycles can be parked under a carport in front of

August - December and May is the slow season, but it's THE BEST TIME T�
COME. The kids are back to school, so you can have the place to yourselves.
Water temperature stays above 70 degrees until late October/early November.

BECAUSE OF A HURRICANE!.
