Vacation Rental Description

Beautifully redone condo with complete 
renovation. With new Bamboo wood floors in living/dining area and 
kitchen, granite counter tops throughout, this furnished condo has a 
large balcony overlooking Harold's lake and a view of the 
intercoastal waterway from the large balcony. On the grounds of the 
Belleview Biltmore Hotel in a gated community, this condo is on the 
same grounds as the private Belleair Country Club, the oldest golf 
course in Florida. Walk to the Belleview Biltmore Hotel,the largest 
wooden structure in the U.S.for drinks and dinner.

Vacation Rental Amenities

This lovely condo has 1325 square feet with two bedrooms, one with a 
queen bed and one with two twin beds. A sleeper sofa is available 
for additional guests. There is a dining area with granite bar. 
Kitchen has new range, microwave and dishwasher. Washer and dryer 
are in the unit. There are two newly re-done bathrooms with granite 
countertops. There are new cabinets throughout. Newly tiled patio 
with furniture. This condo is within a gated community for security 
and privacy. Carport included.

Activities and Attractions

Pool on premises. Hotel restaurant, ice cream/sandwich shop and bar 
within short walk. All hotel facilities including nearby golf course 
available to the public.

Vacation Rental Rates

$2350/ month for winter (Dec through April); Lower rates for greater than a three month stay or off 
season. Currently, rates May through November are $1500./ month. CCURRENTLY RENTED JAN-APR 2009.
There is a three month minimum. PLEASE DO NOT INQUIRE ABOUT LESS THAN THREE MONTHS. Thank you.
