backyard.  During the winter months, you can enjoy the cool evenings  
in the 7 person hot tub next to the pool.  The home sleeps 6-8  
guests  
and can be used for vacation rental as well as corporate housing and  
temporary housing. 
 
This home is located in southeast Phoenix within the exclusive  
community of Ahwatukee, just minutes from everything.  Several golf  
courses are nearby as well as two major shopping malls (Chandler  
Fashion Center and Arizona Mills Outlet Mall).  Hike South Mountain  
or take a bike ride, the activities are endless.   
 
This property is 3 minutes off the I-10 freeway, just south of  
Chandler Blvd, in Phoenix (85048).  Located approximately 15 minutes  
from Sky Harbor Airport

Jan 2 - April 30..........$1500/week or $250/night   (excludes month of March) 
March 1-31................$1650/week or $275/night 
May 1 - Sep 30..........$950/week or $160/night 
Oct 1 - Dec 22...........$1100/week or $185/night 
Dec 23 - Jan 1...........$1200/week or $200/night 
2008 Super Bowl.......Call for super bowl prices 
 
Rates in US funds (Accept Visa, MC, Discover, Amex, Checks) 
3.5% fee applied to all credit card charges. 
Security/reservation deposit of $250 due at time of reservation.   
This will hold the reservation and will be refunded to you in full  
assuming no damages or excessive cleaning 
$125 cleaning fee  
50% of rental fee due 60 days prior to arrival 
Final payment due 30 days prior to arrival 
Upon collection of deposit, we will send you a confirmation letter,  
directions, and rental agreement. 
Daily rates apply to stays of less than 1 week.
