Vacation Rental Description

Our condominium is set in a tropical atmosphere located on the white 
sands of New Smyrna Beach (no drive beach).  Our condominium is 
spacious and is located on the third floor of a five story building 
with a beautiful view of the ocean and the tropically landscaped 
courtyard.  Elevators and laundry rooms are provided.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed, TV with cable and a large 
vanity/sink area adjoining the full bathroom.  

The large living area has a pull out bed and can accomodate two 
people.  For your pleasure a color TV with cable, DVD and a VCR are 
provided.  

The balcony overlooking the ocean can be accessed through either the 
living room or the master bedroom. You can relax by putting your 
feet up and reading a book or taking a nap while listening to the waves 
break. 

The kitchen is fully equipped and has all the comforts of home.

Two telephones are provided for your convience of making local 
calls.  Long distance service requires a calling card (not provided).

Vacation Rental Amenities

Our unit is fully furnished and is equipped with central air/heat, 
two color TV's, refrigerator with ice maker, self-cleaning oven, 
dishwasher, disposal, microwave, cooking utensils, small appliances, 
dishware and linens.  Credit cards or personal calling cards are 
required for long distance calls.  Furnishings and equipment are not 
to be taken out of the unit.  Please provide your own beach gear, 
towels and chairs, etc.  Sorry NO PETS. This is a non-smoking unit.

The pool area is equipped with an outdoor grilling area, clubhouse 
and gazebo.

Our condominium is located directly across the street from the 
grocery store, retail shops and restaurants. 

Activities and Attractions

Oceanfront pool (heated in the winter), kiddie pool, clubhouse, 
sundeck, shuffleboard, tennis (lighted), surfing, sun bathing and 
shelling.

Area activities:
Boating, offshore fishing, nearby golf and bike rentals.  There are 
other scenic and historical sites nearby.  

Other area activities:
Daytona speedway and airport, Cape Canaveral and in one hour you can 
visit all the Orlando attractions which include Disney World, Epcot, 
MGM, Sea World, Universal Studios and much more.  

Vacation Rental Rates

In season rates:

December 15 - April 30
June - September

Weekly $700.00 - Monthly $1900.00 - Daily  $175.00

Off Season Rates:

May, October - December 14

Weekly $575.00 - Monthly $1600.00 - Daily $175.00

Holiday and Special Events require a three night minimum stay and 
rental rates will increase (email for rates). Weekly rentals are 
from 
Saturday to Saturday only.  All rates quoted above are subject to 
6.5% state tax and 6% county tax.  Advance reservation required.  We 
do not accept credit cards.  $300.00 security deposit is required.  
Cleaning fee is $75.00 and is subject to 6.5% state tax.
