One and a half hours from Boston. Hyannis is an active part of Cape
Cod and is filled with many fun and exciting things to do.

Home is a close walk to Main Street, Keyes Beach (1 mile), close to
Craigville Beach, restaurants, mini golf, Ben and Jerry's on Main
Street and museums. The house is less than 2 miles to Kalmus Beach
which is famous for windsurfing. Close to CVS, drive to the Hyannis
Mall/movies, shops and less than 1 mile to Kennedy compound. In
addition, this home is close to the Steamship Authority and other
forms of transportation to the islands of Martha's Vineyard and
Nantucket. This home has a large fenced-in back yard with a
farmer's porch great for relaxing after the beach.

Accept money order in advance - - 50% payment due upon rental
agreement, remaining 50% payment due 30 days prior to rental of home.

Additional deposit of $250.00 to cover possible accidents and
damages - to be returned upon inspection.
