This beautiful, spacious, immaculate year round home is located in
Saybrook Manor Beach. A new glassed sunroom overlooks a huge private
well landscaped back yard with barbeque and picnic table. There are
three large bedrooms and two full baths. Also, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining room, as well as laundry features, and spacious livingroom. Both the living room and bedrooms have cable televisions and a DVD player in the living room.  Comfortable accomadations for a large family, with a few short steps to a private  association beach. There is a great kids beach, boat ramp, club house with many family activities on the weekends, and when the tide goes out you can walk across the the channel to the sandbar which stretches all the way to knollwood beach where the historic Castle Inn still sits. The weekly rate is $1400-$1800 for summer season. Academic rental
$1800. Off season weekend getaway and holiday special rates(call
or email to inquire). We do require a security deposit of $250
which is refundable.
