50% rental fee is due on booking; balance of payment is due 30
days prior to arrival.

A $500.00 refundable security deposit is also due upon booking and
will be returned after departure and completion of condo inspection
(assuming no damages or loss of contents).

A cleaning fee of $75.00 will be added to all contracts.

Florida tax of 11.5% is applicable.

No refunds will be made for cancellations within 30 days of arrival
date. All cancellations must be made in writing.

No pets allowed. No smoking.
