Carved from 2,400 magnificent acres along Northwest Florida's Gulf Coast, Sandestin boasts the emerald-green waters and sugar white sands of the world's most spectacular beaches.  Sandestin is the only resort fronting both the Gulf of Mexico and Choctawhatchee Bay, offering an irrisistible invitation to explore, to play, and to recharge.  This world-class destination has four championship golf courses and The Village of Baytowne Wharf - a unique collection of specialty merchants ranging from quaint boutique shops and charming eateries to lively nightclubs which feature Cajun cuisine.

Added this year to Grand Boulevard just outside the East gate entrance to Sandestin are shops and restaurants including Orvis, Coldwater Creek, Tommy Bahamas, Fusion Glass, Brooks Brothers and a number of other unique shops.  Restaurants include P F Changs, Tommy Bahama Cafe, and upscale Mexican restaurant and upscale fish and steak houses.

Nestled in among this carm is our Turnberry Villa which has been completely renovated the Spring of 2008 with hardwood flooring and bedroom carpeting, new mattresses and new living room furnishings.  The unit is on the second and third floors of a nine unit building.  A full kitchen, dining room, living room and half bath are on the lower floor.  The three bedrooms on the upper floor include a large master with en suite bathroom (tub and separate shower) and large closet, a room with two twins and a room with a queen bed  These two rooms have ample closet and drawer space and share a bath with a tub/shower.  Also on this level are the washer and dryer.  This unit includes the use of a garage.

The pool that serves a small neighborhood is about 50 yards from our door.  Parks and activities for children are a five to ten minute walk.  The Village of Baytown Wharf, the marina, Joli Isand, the Heron Nature Walk and the club house for The Raven and Baytowne Golf Courses are within an east ten minute walk.

In previous years we have provided an amenity card; however Sandestin has discontinued offering this card to rentals outside their in-house rental program.  Bibycles may be rented for the week for $35, dropped off and picked up.  The Golf courses and several large pools are still available without the card.  The Health Club and beach umbrellas and chairs are also available for a daily or weekly fee.  Open tennis courts are available a short drive away for $18 per hour singles or $28 per hour doubles.
