Vacation Rental Description

Neat Chalet in the woods on dead-end Street. Very quiet, less than 1
mile to South Higgins Lake State Park-Fabulous Beach, boating and ALL
sports and recreation facility on Crystal Clear and Huge Higgins
Lake-voted by National Geographic as one of the 7 most beautiful lakes
in the world. The water glows blue and green in the sunlight. Very
near restaurants, gas, groceries, gift shops and ice cream parlors.
Enjoy a truly Up-North retreat close to it ALL. Chalet is fully
furnished, sleeps up to 8-See pics-There's a wood burning fireplace
with insert for those cool evenings and individually controlled
electric heat in each room.All bedding is furnished but we request
that you bring your own towels(bath and beach.) A gas grill and a
portable fire enclosure are furnished-This is an "Up North get-Away
Chalet"-It is CLEAN and neat but not fancy.AND-At a very affordable
price.If you can't live without Electronic devices, bring your own. We
hope you enjoy your stay at our Chalet retreat!!

Vacation Rental Amenities

All Appliances, separate laundry room, gas grill and screened fire
pit.Largest bedroom has a king bed-second has a 3/4 size bed and
downstairs has a set of bunk beds-You can put the kids downstairs so
you can get your beauty sleep upstairs. The living room also has 2
hidabeds. Sleeps up to 8, comfortably. The 1/2 bath is upstairs, the
full bath is down. There is firewood cut and stacked on site.All
cooking and eating utensils are furnished.There is Off-street paved
parking for up to 4 vehicles and 200 feet of frontage on this dead-end
street for more vehicles.

Vacation Rental Rates

July 1 thru Labor Day-$550 per week-$50 cleaning charge-$250 fully
refundable security and damage
deposit- 2 day min.-$100 per day.
May, June and Labor day thru October-$500 per week-Same terms as above.
Check in Saturday 3:00 P.M.-Check-out Saturday 10:00 A.M.-Other times
depending upon availability- Executed Rental Agreement,full payment of
rent, security deposit and cleaning charge in advance. We
accept Pay Pal, wire transfer or personal check if well in advance.
