November 1st  - April 30  : $1250 per week + tax
                            $3500 per month + tax
May 1st - October 31st   : $750 per week + tax
                           $1800 per month + tax
20% to hold and paid in full 30 days prior to arrival.
11% bedtax added per fl law.
Cancellation : 100% if canceled prior to 30 days before arrival
               Less than 30 days before arrival forfeits deposit
