The cottage has a private outdoor area, surround sound throughout with an MP3 docking station, cherry hardwood and travertine marble floors, stone walls, flat screen televisions in all bedrooms and a living room, and two zone central air conditioning.

tropical foliage, Koi ponds, and European fountains.
Throughout the property there are many areas to enjoy. Guests can
watch the Koi feeding, soak in the hot tub encircled with tropical
plants, float in the waterfall pool, or simply read a book in one of
the many tropical alcoves.

a relaxed casual feel that brings our guests back year after year,
whether on vacation or here for business.
Tropical Courts has spared no expense in accomadatiing its guests in
luxury exceeding the best hotels in the area. Providing ultra high
speed internet throughtout, spa quality robes, towels and 400 thread
count cotton bedding, down comforters premium channel cable
including, HBO, Showtime, TMC Movies on Demand and a variety of music
as well as over 400 channels of entertainment. Each cottage has its
own private patio area with BBQ grill. Complimentary laudry
facilities are on the grounds as well.

May 1st - October 31st : $1000 per week + tax, $2500/month plus tax

Cancellation : 100% if canceled prior to 30 days before arrival
