Vacation Rental Description

A cute 2 bedroom, 2 bath tile home located between Brasilito and 
Flamingo.  Washer/dryer, maid service included (you may tip), pool 
with outside shower, ranchero with BBQ pit, goldfish pond with small 
bridge, beautiful mountain views and tropical flora and fauna.  
Adorable private seating areas with small tables.    Inside and 
outside fans and covered tile patio outside.  Approximately 1 1/2 
miles from Playa Flamingo or Playa Conchal.  Minutes from grocery stores, 
shopping, restaurants and a French bakery right around the corner!  
Often you can sit on the porch and listen to the howler monkeys. Only 
minutes from area beaches.  No home telephone.  Rental car strongly 
recommended.  Very surreal!

$ 2,000 per month, $750 per week (7 day week), $150 per day, minimum 3 
days 
Holiday rates apply from 12/15-1/15.  $1500 weekly (minimum stay)
