A large, cute 2 bedroom, 2 bath tile home located between Brasilito and
Flamingo. Gardner/pool maintenance daily (M-F); Washer/dryer, maid service included (you may tip), pool with outside shower, ranchero with BBQ pit, goldfish pond with small bridge, beautiful mountain views and tropical flora and fauna. Adorable private seating areas with small tables. Inside and
outside fans and covered tile patio outside. Approximately 1 1/2 miles from Playa Flamingo or Playa Conchal. Minutes from grocery stores, shopping, restaurants and a French bakery right around the corner! Often you can sit on the porch and listen to the howler monkeys. Only minutes from area beaches. Internet available. Rental car strongly recommended. 3 houses located on property, 1 part time resident and 1 full time resident. Full time residents are very friendly and informative with regards to questions about what to do and where to go!! 20 minutes from Tamarindo! Very surreal!
