off the South deck facing the ocean to the gorgeous white sand beach
and shimmering blue-green Gulf waters. Watch the sunrise over the
Gulf as you sit back, relax, breathe in the salt air and soak in the
fantastic view.

No stairs to climb; once you walk up 4 easy steps from the parking
area & through the front door, you're all done! Perfect for those
guests who don't want to climb sets of stairs while on vacation.
Easy access to the parking area makes for short trips to and from
your car to unload luggage, food, gear, etc.

Professionally cleaned prior to your arrival. Standard linen
service includes beds made and towels in place upon arrival at no
extra charge. The interior features island decor with beachy
furnishings & a bright, cheery interior. Large, evenly spaced rooms
make for easy beach living. Sliding glass doors in the living room &
master bedroom open out to decks with a side deck off the dining
area. Ceramic tile floors throughout.

Master bedroom has a King size bed, private bath, wall mounted hair
dryer, TV/VCR and telephone. Guest bedroom has twin beds, TV/VCR
combination (plays videos only). Living room has TV/VCR for
everyone to enjoy; couch opens into a queen sleeper sofa.

This non-smoking, beachfront Villa features central heat & air,
cable color TV with HBO and Showtime, fully equipped kitchen with
dishes, pots, pans, utensils, refrigerator with ice maker,
dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, washer, dryer
and telephones in living room and master bedroom.

There is a video library, stereo, CD player, small CD collection
(bring your favorites), tape cassette, board games, plenty of books,
decks of playing cards, kid friendly beach toys, boogie boards and
for the computer savvy - free high speed Internet access.

In master bedroom closet: jigsaw puzzles, high chair, free standing
towel drying rack and luggage stands.

Outside BBQ park style grill so you can cook the fish you catch
(bring your own gear) or the fish you buy (an easier option). Bench
style swing on deck is great for gazing at the Gulf waters or
rocking babies to sleep. Plenty of deck furniture for everyone in
your group to enjoy the Gulf view during the day, the moonlit nights
and stargazing at our beautiful nightscape: Adirondack rocker,
plastic Adirondack deck chairs, 2 plastic Adirondack children's
chairs and chaise lounger. Outdoor shower is at the boardwalk to the
beach, by the swimming pool.

Stroll down to the beach right off your deck, or head throug the
front door down the short boardwalk to the swimming pool to enjoy
swimming, sunning and relaxing by the pool under the palm trees.
Then, head down the boardwalk to the beach and stroll to the
restaurants for lunch or dinner, just minutes away.

The Villas of St. George is a 42-unit condominium complex,
beautifully landscaped with a swimming pool and boardwalk to the
beach. Located in the heart of St. George Island's business
district, this beachfront community is a great place to spend your
vacation. The Villas are also near the island bike path. Sorry,
pets are not allowed in the Villas complex.

Beautiful St. George Island is a natural playground located about 60
miles east of Panama City and 75 miles southwest of Tallahassee.
The beaches are rarely crowded. There are many activities including
swimming, boating, watersports, world class fishing, wildlife
viewing, and biking. There are bicycle paths running throughout the
island that offer a safe place for bicycling, skating, running or
walking.

Award winning St.George Island State Park takes up the last 9 miles
of the East end of the island and offers hiking, kayaking and
sunbathing in a pristine undisturbed beach setting.

The Island and nearby Apalachicola offers old town charm, excellent
restaurants serving world famous Apalachicola Oysters and fresh
seafood, with plenty of shops to explore.

(Fri-Sun). Monthly rentals available in Winter, call for rates.

required via check at the time of reservation. Balance due 7 days
before check in. Deposit non-refundable if cancellation occurs
