Vacation Rental Description

No Hurricane damage to Siesta Key during hurricane seasons!
Siesta Key is situated on what is known as a barrier island.  It 
measures eight miles long, lies just offshore Sarasota, FL.  Two 
bridges connect Siesta Key to the mainland. Siesta Key is known for 
its tranquil beauty and has everything you need for a restful 
visit.   Siesta Dunes is one of the most well maintained complexes 
on Siesta Key Island.  The complex is located on Crescent beach and 
is situated near the center where the beach is widest. Crescent 
Beach is famous for its crescent shape with soft white sand.  Made 
from 99% pure quartz, the sand is soft, floury and cool to the touch 
even in the hottest sun.  This condo is just a short walking distance
(approximately 2 minutes) from dazzling large circular pool, 
relaxing hot tub and the Gulf of Mexico... for a breathtaking 
panoramic view of world famous Crescent Beach, "#2 Best Sand Beach 
in America, 2007" rated by the Travel Channel.
Our condo has 1,150 sq ft of living area, two bedrooms and two baths 
and each bedroom has a large walk-in closet. The master bedroom has 
a king bed with sliding glass doors to a private tropical patio 
area. The guest bedroom has twin beds and a private bath off the 
foyer.  Each bedroom has a remote color TV.
The kitchen has all the conveniences of home, everything from 
corkscrew to blender. There is a laundry room just off the kitchen. 
This condo is on the first floor of a two story building, just 
across from the tennis court.  The dining room has a table with 6 
chairs, a bar and two barstools.  The living room has a remote 
control color TV, VCR and the sofa makes a queen size sleeper. Other 
seating include 2 Lazyboy rocker/recliners with table between. The 
lanai is fully enclosed with screens and opens a beautiful view of a 
impressive tropical garden. The lanai has a dining table for four.   
All linens and towels are furnished, including beach towels.  All 
you need for a great vacation is your suntan lotion and swimsuit!

Vacation Rental Rates

April 19th  - June 6th -  $999.00 weekly 
June 7th - August 15th - $999.00 weekly
Aug 16th-Nov 21st - $999.00 weekly (Late Summer/Fall Special Rate)
Nov 22nd-Nov 27th - $1199.00 (Thanksgiving week)
Nov 28th- December 19th - $1099.00 weekly
Dec 20th-January 2nd - $1199.00 weekly (Christmas & New Year's weeks)
January 3 - January 16th - $1099.00 weekly
Jan 17th - April 18th - $1499.00 weekly
April 1st thru January 31st- Minimum stay 1 week
February 1st - March 31st - Minimum stay 2 weeks
Rental rates based on occupancy of four persons.
There is a $70.00 per week charge + tax for each additional person over 4.
The maximum occupancy is six persons.
All rates are subject to 11% Florida tax.
Condo reservation confirmed only upon receipt of required 
reservation security deposit: 
$800 security deposit for 2 week rental or more ($400 applied to prepaid 
rent, $400 will be refunded 30 days after departure).
$400 security deposit for 1 week rentals (will be refunded 30 days after departure in accordance 
with the rental agreement). 
A 60 day cancellation notice is required prior to the arrival date 
to ensure refund of the security deposit.
Total rental charges must be received 14 days prior to check-in, 
upon receipt of keys.
Renters are responsible for full payment of rental period reserved.
All payments must be made in US funds by bank or personal check, 
money order or travelers cheques, wire transfer or cash.  
Sorry, we do not accept credit cards.
Rates and tax are subject to change.
Check-in time is 3:00-5:00 PM and Check-out time is 10:00 AM.
All persons under 21 years of age must be accompanied by an adult 
(parent or guardian).
Boat trailers, cargo trailers, mobile homes, RV's, campers, 
commercial trucks are not permitted on the property.
