Offering a four season waterfront home
centrally located on Norton's Pond with direct water access to
Megunticook Lake and 10 minute drive to Camden and Belfast. Enjoy
eating & sunbathing on either the large wrap around deck overlooking
the pond or the rear deck with afternoon shade. Large dock for
swimming, fishing and boat tie up. Walk or bike along the camp/woods
trails around the pond. Books, games and puzzles shelved for your
use for a rainy day or quiet times. Nearby you can enjoy the harbors
of Camden, Belfast & Rockland, as well as shopping, restaurants, art
museums and the islands. Six person max, no smoking, no pets.

with a big picnic table, umbrella & seating. Additional deck in rear for
afternoon shade. Large dock with multiple boat tie up. Two kayaks
available for you to to explore the pond & lake (water access to
Megunticook Lake. Wading area for the toddlers. Basketball hoop in the driveway. Gas grill & everything you need for a Maine Vacation.
