This luxurious walkout waterfront beachfront home on Mutiny Bay has 
been recently renovated and newly furnished. It is the perfect 
Whidbey Island getaway for the entire family to relax and enjoy the 
beauty of the Puget Sound without having to leave the property. 

This spacious 2,400 square foot 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home can sleep 
12 comfortably with plenty of room for entertaining and relaxing 
together inside and out. There are 3 queen beds, 4 twin beds and a 
very comfortable sofa bed. The house comes complete with a fully 
equipped gourmet kitchen and bar for seating 12 inside for meals and 
much more room on the patio. In the beautifully redone great room, you'll 
find everything you need to sit back and enjoy the views of the 
beach, the Olympics and the sunsets. 

For the executive who wants to slip in a little work on vacation, 
you will find both wirelss and wired high speed internet access and 
more. 

Kids and teens alike will find themselves constantly entertained 
with an ample selection of appropriate games, toys and books and the 
infinite fun of the beach.  Parents of younger children and newborns 
will find comfort in the provided, crib and baby monitor. Elders can 
enjoy the house with a main floor bedroom and bath and plenty of 
views of the beach and water which they can enjoy from the couch or 
the beach chair on the patio. 

If keeping your green thumb is of great importance, there is a 
lovely garden to explore when you are not out on the beach.

Once you've arrived, settle in and enjoy the "Gold Coast" beaches of

The home is just a quick ferry ride away from Seattle. You can 
escape to one of the country's largest islands. There are several 
state parks and golf courses in easy driving distance. You can shop 
in the quaint boutiques in nearby Langley, Freeland or Coupeville.

Activities and Attractions

Bring your bathing suit and be ready for fun filled days.  You can 
play on the beach, walk the gardens, go clamming, crabbing, fishing 
or boating.  You can watch the Blue Herons, eagles, otters, seals 
and whales in their habitat from the comfort of the house.  It is a 
beachcombers dream!  The soft sandy beaches are incredible. There 
are national parks, childrens' parks and golf courses nearby for 
those needing alternative amusements.  You will also find charming 
shops, restaurants and even a local bowling alley in case of rain! 
Langley has a fabulous classic movie theatre that you will love.  
There are gardens, hiking trails, kayak rentals, boat trips, and 
more to explore on this spectacular island! 

If you would like to relax with a massage, facial or manicure, there 
are two nice spas 5 minutes away.  There is also a grocery store, 
drugstore, coffee shop and more 5 minutes up the road in case you 
forget anything.

Regular season rates run September 11 - May 20, 2007 and January 4, 
2008 - May 20, 2008 - rates - $375/nt with a 2 night minimum 

High season rates run May 20, 2008 - September 4, 2008 - rates 
$625/nt with a 7 night minimum. 

Offseason rates run September 5, 2008 - November 20, 2008 - rates 
$400/nt with a 2 night minimum

Holiday season rates run November 21, 2008 - January 6, 2009 - rates 
$450/nt with a 4 night minimum
