Experience the "river" with your family this year! 
 
Located in the foothills of the Buckskin Mountains, in a gated  
community right on the Colorado riverfront.  This Parker vacation  
rental is 2200 square feet with 4 bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms,  
sleeping up to 10 persons maximum. 
 
Roof-top patio overlooks the Colorado River, one-of-a-kind sunsets,  
and breath-taking views of Arizona's beautiful Red Rock mountains.  
 
Walk out of the house in the morning with a cup of coffee and put  
your feet in the water!

Vacation Rental Amenities

Private Boat Launch ramp so you can launch your boat or pwc's with no waiting in line & Mini-Beach  
for community members/renters only,   
and your Own Private Cabana on the Water Front! 
 
Home is equipped with Cable TV, High Speed Internet hook-up, DVD  
player and VHS player. 
 
Home is fully furnished with furniture, appliances, dishes,  
flatware, and barbeque grill on side patio.   
 
2 bedrooms and 1 full bath downstairs (1 bedroom has bunk bed with  
trundle bed underneath) 
2 bedrooms and 1 full bath upstairs 
 
 - Renters to provide their own linens for bed and bath 
 - No washer/dryer usage unless rental period is 30 days or more 
 - No pets allowed

Activities and Attractions

Personal watercraft rentals, ski-boat rentals, parasailing,  
wakeboarding/skiing lessons, etc. all available in town.  Please  
inquire for contact information or pick up a local "White Sheet" for  
local recreational information. 
 
The Blue Water Casino is minutes away, "down river" (casino is  
accessible by car or by boat).  
 
30 minute drive by car to Lake Havasu. 
10 minute drive to the Parker Dam. 
Launch your boat to access Lake Havasu (just above the Parker Dam  
with free street parking for your trailer).  
 
For the Golf Enthusiast, Emerald Canyon Golf course is less than 1/2  
mile from your front door, rated Top 20 Golf Courses in the Nation.  
Great rates in the summertime. (Hint: great challenging course  
bring a lot of golf balls!)

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates are as follows: 
 
$300/Night - 2 night minimum  
If staying 3 nights, $300 1st 2 nights, $275 3rd night 
(Please inquire for off season rates) 
(Please inquire for longer stay rates) 
 
$500 Deposit to reserve the house (Cashiers check only) 
$120 Non-refundable cleaning deposit 
Entire balance due 30 days prior to arrival. 
 
Cancellations: Full deposit refund issued if reservation cancelled  
30 days prior to arrival date.  
 
$250 dollars will be deducted from deposit if cancellation notice is  
less than 30 days prior to arrival date. 
 
If reservation is cancelled within 1 week prior to arrival, deposit  
will not be returned. 
 
Renters agree to adhere to Marina Village Rules & Regulations during  
their stay in the community. 
 
Absolutely no fireworks allowed in Marina Village.
