Before and After Peak: Jan and April $2400
Peak Season: Feb, March $2600
Mid Season: May, Oct, Nov, Dec $1600
Low Season: June, July, Aug, Sept $1200
A $500 security deposit, $100 association fee, and a $125.00
cleaning departure fee are required. All rates are negotiable and
discounts may be given for multi month rentals during off season.
