Just walk in with your suitcase, and you're home: our duplex condo is fully equipped, tastefully furnished, and comfortably nestled in the quiet Grand Oaks community of Bradenton, Florida.

Perfect as a private getaway – or as an ample, airy space for entertaining – our recently-renovated 1100 sq. ft. property is tucked away beneath mature oak trees and includes a screened-in lanai, a fenced backyard, and a generous hot tub.  The first floor is fresh and open, allowing air, light, and conversation to flow easily from one room into the next. Sit back and enjoy Cable TV in your living room, whip up a five-course meal in the kitchen, and then serve it in the vivid seashore shades of the dining room. When the day is through, choose either of our two bedrooms – which together can accommodate up to 5 people – and call it a night. Our central air conditioning will keep you cool and refresh you for the next morning.

The Grand Oaks complex itself is comfortable for both young and mature alike. A heated swimming pool and fitness center/clubhouse lie within fifty feet of your front door, and you may walk your dog in the community’s pet garden around the corner. Take advantage of the community’s car-washing port before sliding into your own personal parking space.  

Convenient to many golf courses, restaurants, attractions, and nature trails – and less than a 10 minute drive to the sparkling beaches of the Gulf Coast - Grand Oaks will easily be your home away from home.

Several golf courses are within a five mile radius, and there is brilliant designer shopping at the Ellenton outlet mall. Enjoy eclectic cuisine – and even more shopping – at St. Armands Circle in nearby Sarasota, or catch a football or major league baseball game in Tampa.  Museums, parks, trails, and wildlife refuges abound. Busch Gardens Tampa is under an hour away, while Walt Disney World and Sea World are under two hours.
