trees, your vacation will feel like a retreat where you can get away from it all and still have the 
comforts a new home provides. 
Bring your boat and jet skis or rent from the nearby locations. Enjoy golfing at Jack Nicklaus 
designed Bear Trace Golf Course located minutes away.
Enjoy hiking or cycling at Tims Ford State Park which offers 5 miles of paved trails through natural 
surroundings.
Plenty of great fishing from the dock on the property or throughout the 265 miles of lake shoreline. 
Full sun upper deck for sunning and covered lower deck, both with extraordinary views of the lake. 
Holiday Marina (home of the Blue Gill Grill - a floating restaurant) which offers great covered 
outdoor dining while you watch the fish jump!

Vacation Rental Amenities

3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath. Satellite TV. High speed internet. Jacuzzi tub in the master bath. Tremendous 
views of the lake. 
This home also features a den with a game table and futon sleeper. Home has covered boat dock on 
premises with two jet ski pads. Outdoor grill provided. Sleeps 8-10.

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates:
November - March $300 per night Two night minimum. Weekly, 7 nights $1500 
Federal Holidays $350 per night  Two night minimum.  
April - October $350 per night Two night minimum. Weekly, 7 nights $1800 
$200 Reservation deposit required to hold reservation payable by credit card online.  
$500 Security / Damage deposit  (refundable if no damage).  
$100 Cleaning fee
