Vacation Rental Description

This beautiful townhome style condo is located in the Creston House 
complex which sits right on Crescent Beach (St Augustine Beach) and 
is just minutes from historic St. Augustine, the nation's oldest 
city.

Two bedroom/two bath condo is fully equipped with air 
conditioning, washer/dryer, full kitchen including microwave, 
dishwasher and refrigerator with ice maker, cable 
TV, VCR, DVD, and childrens games and movies.  High speed internet
access also include.

The kitchen is recently renovated with new cabinets and granite 
countertops.  Kitchen, Living room and dining area have newly 
installed hardwood floors.  Living room couch pulls out into a 
double bed.  Dining table seats six.

Master bedroom has a king size bed, TV/VCR and a view of the pool.
2nd bedroom has two twin beds and a balcony with an ocean view.

The peaceful unspoiled sands of Crescent Beach are just steps from 
this unit.  Simply walk across the private boardwalk that crosses 
the sand dunes.  Complex has a large pool, and ample off street 
parking.  Located close enough to town to meet your needs, but far 
enough away that there is privacy and seclusion. 

Activities and Attractions

Biking, golf, fishing, shopping, restaurants, sightseeing, swimming, 
boating, sailing, surfing, windsurfing, jet skiing, shelling.

Historic St. Augustine is a short ten minute drive.  Enjoy the 
historic sites, fabulous shops and fine restaurants.

Orlando, Walt Disney World, Universal Studios and Sea World are 90 
minutes away.

Vacation Rental Rates

January - $550 weekly or $1400 monthly

February - $1700 monthly

March - $1700 monthly

April - $1700 monthly

May - $550 weekly or $1400 monthly

June, July and August $800 weekly

September, October, November, December $550 weekly or $1400 monthly

9% tax and $75 cleaning fee

$200.00 deposit required to reserve unit, paid in advance of check-
in and refundable after departure upon inspection of unit and return 
of all keys, etc.(Not deductible from rental invoice)
