This beautiful townhome style condo is located in the Creston House
complex which sits right on Crescent Beach (St Augustine Beach) and
is just minutes from historic St. Augustine, the nation's oldest
city.

Two bedroom/two bath condo is fully equipped with air
conditioning, washer/dryer, full kitchen including microwave,
dishwasher and refrigerator with ice maker, cable
TV, and high speed internet access also included.

The kitchen is recently renovated with new cabinets and granite
countertops. Kitchen, Living room and dining area have newly
installed hardwood floors. Living room couch pulls out into a
queen bed. Dining table seats six.

Master bedroom has a king size bed, TV and a view of the pool.
2nd bedroom has two twin beds and a balcony with an ocean view.

Crescent Beach condo

We arrived to a clean, fresh condo. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bedrooms are a nice size with storage. There is a balcony off the living room. This condo is on the second floor, with bedrooms on the third. The condo is in a quiet area, not built up with shops and attractions. The pool is in the middle of the condos, but not a noise problem when we were there. The beach is a two minute walk. Be sure to get the beach gate lock combination before you go, so you don't get locked out. Bring your own beach towels. Towels were provided, but we had three teens in and out of the water all day. Beach is quite nice, flat, wide, white sandy beach. Great for walking, biking, kite flying. Kids had great fun on boogie boards, which were in a closet upstairs.
We met several nice permanent residents who were helpful in finding places to go. Don't miss NAPOLI Italian restaurant. You can walk to it. Turn left or south out of the complex, one block, it's across the street. The food was great and quite reasonable. Thursday = All you can eat shrimp!
St. Augustine was easy to get to, easy to get around. Alligator Farm is on the way, great zoo! Two grocery stores nearby, also.
Good customer service from owner.

Recommended for: families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing

Great value - Beautiful location!

We just returned from vacationing at this property. It was a wonderful week. We are "empty nesters" and loved the quietness and security of this complex. Owner is great to work with and the beach is simply gorgeous here. Only reason for a "4" rating is that we did not have a great view of the ocean....it is a side unit and you can see the ocean from one viewpoint of the balcony. Very clean, very nice and had everything we needed. If you can't manage your own luggage not a good location for you. There is no elevator and it was work getting luggage for three women up the stairs but once we were in....we simply loved this place. Best value anywhere! Will definitely go back.

Recommended for: age 55+, romantic getaway

Great Value...Great Location!

We just returned from a stay at this condo and we had a wonderful trip. Creston House is a beautiful complex right on the ocean. The whole complex is meti-culously maintained and the pool area is absolutely gorgeous....very large pool. We are "empty nesters" with no small children and do not require assistance from the office staff so the fact that they are not continually available was not a problem for us. In fact, we loved the quietness of the whole place. We went for quiet R&R and that's exactly what we got. The beach is absolutely gorgeous and the complex is very secure even down to a security code on the gateway to and from the beach which we really liked. This unit is very nice...updated kitchen, hardwood floors and had everything we needed. We got a great deal and the owner is wonderful to deal with. The only thing we did not have was a full view of the ocean. From the 1st floor balcony you have a slight view of the ocean and we missed being "oceanfront" but we stayed on the beach all day....so once we came in...we were in for the night and it really didn't matter. That's the only reason for a "4" rating and not a "5". There is no elevator so being on the 2nd floor was a little rough getting our suitcases up the stairs but not unbearable and that didn't even matter once we were in. I wouldn't recommend this unit or complex to anyone who cannot manage their own luggage on the 2nd or 3rd floor. Our trip was wonderful and we will definitely be returning. If you like being on your own on vacation in a really nice, secure place...this is it. Just sorry we had to come home on Thursday.

Recommended for: age 55+, girls getaway, romantic getaway
