overlooking the St. Lawrence River. Minutes from Alexandria Bay,
yet still very secluded. Private wooded entrance leading up to 100
feet of waterfront, a 40 ft dock, swimming, fishing, boating, and a
gorgeous tree-lined level yard with the shipping channel in view.
Crisp, clean, modernly furnished new home. Master bedroom has a
private bathroom and queen bed. The second bedroom has a set of
bunks and access to a second full bathroom. 
The third bedroom has a sleep/sofa and french doors.
This room can also be used as a sitting room, playroom or whatever
meets your family's individual needs.
Large, spacious open air living room with cathederal ceilings,
L-shaped sofa and plenty of room for relaxation.
No Pets Please.

This is a seasonal home with a washer/dryer and a fully equiped
kitchen. The kitchen includes a gas stove, microwave,
refrigerator/freezer, toaster, coffee maker, dishwaser,
cookware, and a large kitchen table & chairs. Dining and all living
room activities can be enjoyed while overlooking the water.
The living room has a cozy gas firepalce and Widescreen TV, DVD player & DirectTV.
The large deck is easily accessible from the kitchen or living room
and provides numerous options for your family's recreation. A gas
grill is provided and there is a fire pit in the yard.

The 1000 Islands region is a treasure for both young and old.
Castles, fishing, boating, waterskiing, jet-skiing, tubing, diving,
guided boat tours and quaint villages with planned cultural
activities, night life and character!

Rental rate is $1,800 per week. ($500 down and balance due 60 days prior to arrival)
Security Deposit is $300 - Also due upon reservation and will be refunded
within 30 days of departure barring any damages.
Check in time: Saturday at 3:00 PM
Check out time: Saturday at 10:30 AM
Linens will be provided.
If you cancel within 60 days of your arrival, you will forfeit your
security deposit and 1/2 of your rental fee unless we can rent that
week. A full refund will be given for cancellations outside of 60
days.
