* This is a beautiful  (2) bedroom one (1) bath private home, (there is an additional 1/2 bathroom outside). The  Large inground pool is 20 ft by 40 ft. Previous guests have commented this home and property is too beautiful to be a rental.

* This Private Home is on 5 wooded Acres

* Located In the Withalacoochie State Forest.

* The 5 Acres of  Property is completely fenced and gated.    

* The Large covered wrap around Porch with its country decor includes tropical plants, picnic tables and chairs. Recent Guests have enjoyed morning coffee on the porch watching the humming birds feed and experiencing the quiet of the forest surroundings.

*Evenings by the campfire too! Enjoy relaxing on the bench style seating surrounding a campfire roasting marsh-mellows  or  enjoy cooking out sitting at the one of the 3 picnic tables.

Inside the Home

 *This Spacious home has 9 ft ceilings. The Large country style Living room is great for relaxing, or reading your favorite book or enjoy watching TV with DVD and VCR provided along with over 100 movies to choose from.

* The Large open Kitchen includes both major and small appliances ( example, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, slow cooker). provided, as well as cooking supplies, dishes and and glassware, etc...

*  Large Washer and  Dryer are on property.  Also, both bath towels and beach towles and linens are provided.

* Queen sized bedroom set in one bedroom. Second bedroom has a double bed with a twin bunk bed above it. There is also an additional twin bed in this room. This room sleeps 4 guests and includes TV and VCR .

* The home has central Heat and Air conditioning as well as ceiling fans in each room.

* Guests says pictures dont even explain the total feeling of peacefulness and beauty this property provides.

* Enjoy the Extra Privacy in this Large 20 ft by 40 ft In ground Swimming Pool.

 * Safety Notice *This Pool is not separately fenced and goes to 9 1/2 ft
deep. The total 5 Acre property is fenced and gated.

* Walk out the back door to lounge poolside or swim. Also, by the pool is a
Large deck which includes lounge chairs and table and chairs for dinning and a charcoal grill for outdoor cooking.

* Relax on the big wrap around coverd porch overlooking the beautiful landscaping and forest. Or enjoy Evenings sit by the campfire on
the bench seating or at the picnic tables or cookout on the grill or over an
fire..

* The property is beautifully landscaped, complete with Florida
Palm trees, and exotic plants and surrounded by the quiet of the forest. -- Yet
still close to local restaurants and shopping.

Down payment required to hold reservation for 7 night stay is
$300.00 Balance of $350.00 due upon arrival.
Monthly rate $2,200.00.
Prices include all, utilities, satellite, lawn and pool maintenance
fees.
