This condo at the Bethany Bay Resort & Golf Community is ideally suited for a family vacation. It is perfectly situated with views of the bay and golf course and in very close proximity to the pool, fitness center and pro shop.

Almost 2000 square feet of living space, this four bedroom, three bathroom condo is a perfect vacation retreat! The first floor of the bi-level layout features a fully-stocked, eat-in kitchen, breakfast bar, dining area, laundry closet, full bath and living area with TV/VCR/DVD, fireplace, and a screened porch with beautiful sunset views. In addition to the queen sleeper sofa in the living room, the first floor also features two bedrooms. One is a master suite with a queen bed, views of the bay and golf course, and a private bath. The other bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed and overlooks the front porch.  

A spiral staircase leads to the upper level with two more bedrooms and the third bathroom. The first bedroom is a large bedroom with two queen-size beds and a spacious sitting area. The second bedroom has a twin daybed with another twin trundle bed underneath. Both bedrooms share a full bath.

There are cable TVs in all four bedrooms as well as in the living room (with VCR/DVD). We’ve got a personal library loaded with great books, games, videotapes and DVDs for you to use during your stay. If you can’t survive without the internet we’ve also got high speed wireless access.

There is a pack & play and booster chair for small kids.  We also have a set of golf clubs, 2 beach chairs and a beach umbrella so you can pack a little lighter.

The Bethany Bay Resort & Golf Community is perfect for your family vacation. Across the street from the condo you have the pool, playground, clubhouse, fitness center, tennis courts and the 9-hole golf course. Minutes away, Bethany Beach offers its boardwalk, restaurants & shops – something for everyone in the family. Rehoboth Beach resort area with its tax-free outlet shopping is also only 10 miles away.

April 6 - May 25 $750.00/week or $150.00/night (3 night minimum)

Rental weeks are Saturday - Saturday. One-third of payment due with booking which also acts as security deposit; balance due 2 weeks prior to arrival. Security deposit returned within 10 days after rental period ends.

No additional taxes or recreational fees. Must be at least 25 years of age to sign the lease. Max. occupancy of 12.
