THE "SECRET SPOT"

Nestle into this uniquely two-story artistic guest house with loads of
charm and an exotic Mediterranean style inside-just right for a
romantic hide-away. Located on the Mesa, it's tucked behind the
properties main house, just beyond the torrey gate make a right and go
through a short tree tunnel that leads to the "Secret Spot".

There are high ceilings with skylights, a natural rock fireplace, majestic log canopy loft bed under another skylight for stargazing, stained glass windows, mood lighting for that perfect ambiance, a travertine stone shower with dual stainless steel heads, kitchen downstairs with stainless steel appliances, French doors leading to the deck with a mosaic bistro table that overlooks the Koi pond, lush banana trees, palms, jasmine vines and garden area for a tranquil tropical feel and a great vibe. Nice barbecue area too.

"THE HIDDEN COVE"

Back beyond the Torey gate, lies yet another wooden gate on the left
side with cobalt blue stained glass that leads to a special little
getaway and sacred space known as the "Hidden Cove". It's private
entry leads to a lush tropical and tranquil little haven nestled below
an upstairs vacation rental known as the "Secret Spot" on the Mesa in
beautiful Santa Barbara. Unique custom made doors open to the
stillness within.

A perfect spot for those needing to retreat and hibernate from the
hustle and bustle of everyday life in order to rejuvenate and
re-awaken the soul. The beach is right around the corner, about 5
houses away with steps leading right down to it.The neighborhood is
peaceful and safe. The Mesa also offers great restaurants and healthy
shopping within walking distance and is a short drive to downtown
Santa Barbara and the harbor area. Come pamper your soul at the Hidden
Cove and leave with peace of mind.

Check in time is 2pm and check out is 12 noon. There is a 2 night
minimum and a 7 day cancellation policy. A 3 night min. on ALL major
holidays. A deposit of $200 is required 7 days in advance and is non-
refundable if reservation is canceled within 7 days of arrival. An
additional $50 pet deposit is also required for each pet and is
refundable if there is no damage.

Fall - Spring Rates until May 22, 2009 ~ $200/night $1200/week 

Summer Rates until  Sept. 5, 2009~ $225/night $1350/week ***

A 3 NIGHT MINIMUM ON ALL MAJOR HOLIDAYS

HIDDEN COVE RATES: 

Fall - Spring Rates until May 22, 2009 ~ $150/night $1000/week 

Summer Rates until  Sept. 5, 2009~ $175/night $1050/week ***

Add 12% bed-tax charged on top of rates
