Vacation Rental Description

Nestle into this uniquely two-story artistic guesthouse with loads  
of charm and an exotic Mediterranean style inside ~ just right for a  
romantic hide-away. Located on the Mesa, it's tucked  back behind  
the properties mainhouse, just beyond the torrey gate and through  
the tree tunnel that leads to this 'Secret Spot'. 
 
There are high ceilings with sky lights, a natural rock fireplace,  
log canopy loft bed under another sky light for star gazing, stained  
glass windows, mood lighting for that perfect ambiance, a travertine  
stone shower with dual stainless steel heads, kitchen downstairs  
with stainless steel appliances, french doors leading to the deck  
with a mosaic bistro table that overlooks the koi pond, lush banana  
palms, jasmine vines and garden area for a tranquil tropical feel  
and a great vibe.  Nice barbecue area too. 
 
An optional recording studio would make it a perfect songwriters  
haven, but you don't have to be a songwriter to enjoy this magical  
place!

Vacation Rental Rates

*** TWO WEEK MAXIMUM STAY ONLY ***  
 
Check in time is 2pm and check out is 12 noon. There is a 2 night  
minimum and a 7 day cancellation policy. A 3 night min. on ALL major  
holidays. A deposit of $200 is required 7 days in advance and is non- 
refundable if reservation is canceled within 7 days of arrival. An  
additional $50 pet deposit is also required for each pet and is  
refundable if there is no damage. *NOTE* There will be a $25  
processing and handling fee if reservation is canceled and deposit  
is returned. Viewing of property by appoinment only, with 24 hours  
notice, thanks. VALID ID must be presented. Payment in the form of  
CASH, CASHIERS CHECKS, AND MONEY ORDERS ACCEPTED ONLY -- NO PERSONAL  
CHECKS PLEASE, THANKS!
