that Southern California has to offer. This home has been newly
remodeled and decorated with fine quality furnishings, flooring,
appliances, and all the amenities to make for a delightful stay on a
budget. The home is especially clean and well maintained so your stay
is comfortable and carefree.
Start your morning off with breakfast in our "Parisian cafe" kitchen
outfitted with newer appliances, dishes, granite countertops and
everything you'll need to prepare a fabulous meal. Or dine al fresco
in one of our outdoor dining areas. and finish off your fun-
filled day by relaxing with a glass of wine in our spa while the kids
enjoy foosball and air hockey in the the backyard.
The home includes four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Layout details:
Bedroom 1: Queen Bedroom with "Select Comfort Sleep Number Bed" for
a perfect night's sleep in custom comfort. Cable TV, telephone and
clock radio. Sleeps 2.
Bedroom 2: Queen Bedroom. Sleeps 2.
Bedroom 3: Two sets of twin bunk beds. Cable TV/DVD Player. Sleeps 4.
Bedroom 4: Double/twin bunk bed. Cable TV, Clock Radio and attached
bathroom. Sleeps 3.
Elegant living room with convertible queen sofa bed that sleeps 2.
Family room includes 35" Cable TV and DVD Player, CD Stereo and Movie
and Music Library.
There is also Wi-Fi Wireless Internet service in the home.
Dining area features a bar height 8 person dining set: the perfect
size for sharing a meal and memories or a competitive card game.
Private spacious backyard with outdoor dining sets, chaise lounges,
jacuzzi, gas barbecue and beautiful landscaping that makes this space
a home in itself.
Everything is provided for in home. All cookware, small appliances,
dishes, towels, linens/bedding, iron, ironing board, hair dryers,
toiletries and starter paper goods. Perfect for a family vacation or
to escape the winter cold and enjoy the sun!
You also get an insiders guide to Southern California with
suggestions on places to visit, where to have the best brunch with a
fabulous view, fun activities for families on a budget, and great
little spots where the locals eat that won't break the bank.
As a certified travel consultant I am also able to arrange all travel
including discounted airfare, airport transfers, rental car, theme
park tickets etc. at no charge. If you're planning to visit other
places, don't go it alone... I'm happy to arrange that as well.

..2 minute drive to grocery stores, banks, Starbucks, Target and The
Block at Orange (outdoor entertainment mall with shopping, theaters,
Lucky Strike for Bowling, VANS Skate Park and restaurants geared
toward the hip teenage and young adult crowd) and Main Street; Garden
Grove where we have Sunday morning Farmer's Market.

Center, Angel Stadium and The Honda Center to catch a Ducks hockey
