Cozy 400 square foot cottage. Double bed and pull-out
couch. Only 8 blocks from downtown Pentwater,
10 blocks to Charles Mears State Park on Lake Michigan.(Nice walk or
bike ride) Galley kitchen
fully equipped. Bring your own linens.Single shower,no tub. Feel free to pitch a tent if
you like. Check calender for availability.
The second bedroom is in the bunkhouse(unattached) with a double bed. You have to use the bathroom in the main house.

Homecoming week Aug.8-15 rent is $995.00
4th of JUly week $595 for the week
Weekly rate $495.00 WE DO NOT TAKE CHECKS!!!
$200.00 booking deposit to reserve your week. PAYPAL ONLY!!
$75.00 per pet non refundable deposit.
Weekly rent ($495.00 due within 7 days of arrival) The $200.00 does NOT count towards this! If you wish to pay cash please call us!

4p.m. to Sunday 10a.m. Check calender for availability.
$200.oo security deposit will be refunded by paypal or check after checkout and inspection for damages and cleanliness. Also if cancelled prior non refundable if unable to rebook!
