Good Day Sunshine is our 5 bedroom, 5 bath, 3 story home
with 2 Gulf front suites and room for 3 vehicles. Perfect
for large family reunions, corporate retreats, and special
occasions.
Sleeps 16 comfortably with living room and kitchen on second floor
with second half kitchen on first floor.

Spectacular views to East and West give you fantastic sunset and
shoreline viewing in both directions. Watch the kids play on our
private beach from the huge decks on 3 levels.

Step right out to the beach. Sleeping arrangements: 3 King suites,
a queen suites and a bunk room for 8 on the third floor. 

First floor features: 2 bedrooms one is a king suite the other is a
queen suite The king suite is Gulf front with large deck a full
bath, with Jacuzzi, dining area and kitchenette. The queen suite
also has a full bath. Please note: Not all bathrooms have showers, the Master suite on first floor has jazuzzi tub, but not a shower. The master on the 3rd floor has only a bath tub.

Second floor features: Living room and dining room on Gulf with
private deck. Huge family kitchen. King suite with full bath.

Third Floor Features: King suite with full bath (tub, no shower) on Gulf. Second
living room with  sofa , TV area and full bath. Huge bunk
room for 8.

Each floor has private decks with great views on Gulf.

This five-bedroom, five-bath west end duplex is exactly what you
need for a family vacation. Fantastic views in all directions. House
has full kitchen plus a kitchenette on the beach level. Incredible
decks on all three levels for sunbathing and daydreaming. Good Day
