Beach Cottage in Village from $165/night in Carlsbad

This beach cottage is ideally located in the year round resort
village of Carlsbad, CA that is just waiting to be explored. It is
situated at at 155 Walnut Ave(Carlsbad 92008), across the street
from the “Tamarack Beach Resort” and “Dini’s by the Sea”, (a popular
restaurant and bar). It is 2 houses from the coastal “101”oceanfront
and Carlsbad State Beach. This is the place to kick off your shoes
and relax.
The cottage is decorated in a comfortable and casual beach style. It
has 2 Bedrooms with queen beds and a TV/VCR/DVD in each bedroom.
There are 2 living rooms with queen sleepers and TV/ VCR/DVD in
each. The kitchen is fully equipped and there are two baths.
Beach cruiser bikes, “boogie boards”, beach toys, washing machine
etc are included. The unit has linens, towels, bedding and basic
supplies. A carport and long driveway provide plenty of parking. An
outdoor barbecue can be enjoyed in the back yard or patio.
Sandy beaches stretch for several miles with an adjacent “boardwalk”
that is great for strolling. Excellent surfing(longboard and
shortboard) can be found across the street at spots known as
Offshore, Tamarack and Warm Waters. Numerous other famous surf spots
are available along the North San Diego coast. Kayaking and fishing
are also popular beach activities here.
40 restaurants, 3 surf shops, 15 antique/collectible shops, numerous
other shops, the village center and train station are all within
half of a mile. The local area also offers Legoland Amusement Park,
shopping malls, biking, sport fishing and golfing. Sea World, the
San Diego Zoo, the San Diego Wild Animal Park and numerous other San
Diego spots are a short drive or train ride away. Disneyland(61
miles) and Knotts Berry Farm(50 miles) are popular destinations to
the north.
Try it, you'll like it! We have been doing vacation rentals on this
property since July 2003 and have had nothing but positive comments
so far.

cruiser bikes.

Surfing, swimming, sunbathing, walking, running, biking, fishing,
kayaking, dining, drinking and shopping are all within steps.
Legoland, movie theaters, golfing, bowling, boating and jet ski
rentals are within several miles. Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm,
Anaheim Stadium, Sea World, The San Diego Zoo, Mexico and San
Diego's new Baseball Park(Petco Field) are all within an hour or
less drive. The train station is conveniently located only 1/2 mile
from the house for those wishing to explore without the headache of
driving.

July/August we do weekly Sat-Sat rentals only. There is 3 night minimum the rest of the year.

Early Summer:     June 1-10 $240 week nights $270 Fri/Sat Nights 3 night minimum, $210 weekly

                           June 11-21 $270/nightly

Summer Sat-Sat:  June 22-Sept 2 $329/night(Sat to Sat rentals only=$2303/wk)                         

2013 September

Sep 3-30th 2013...... $1340/week; $200/week day; $235/weekend days (3nt min)

Oct 2013-May 2014 $1132/week; $2800/Mo, $165/wkday;$190/wkend day(3nt min)

Terms and Additional Taxes/Fees

A 25 %(of rent amount)deposit is required to reserve this rental.
Rentals are refundable up to 60 days prior to rental and prorated
for cancellations less than 60 days prior to rental. There is also a
refundable security deposit of $300- due upon arrival.

There is an additional tax of 10.5 % plus a $80 cleaning fee.
