and updated kitchen, A/C, King size bed and Queen sofa bed, all tile 
and wood flooring, ceiling fans, 2 TV's, VCR/CD/DVD home theatre, 
all linens, including beach towels, mats and cooler, tiled lanai with
teak furniture, etc. A 2 minute walk to restaurants and a 5 minute 
walk to town center for shopping and more, makes this location a 
real convenience. Swim with the turtles in the tidepool/lagoon next 
door.  
Great for beginning snorkeling, too!  Nearby is more popular 
snorkeling and beaches, diving, golf, sport-fishing, hiking, whale-
watching and anything for the adventurer or someone just wanting to 
get away from it all! Don't miss our one-in-a-million sunsets! Our 
central location is perfect - far enough from the noise and traffic,

Vacation Rental Rates

Off Season (4/1-12/14)  :     $135/nt. 
High Season (12/15-3/31):     $155/nt.
Ironman (mid-Oct.) & Christmas/New Years holiday rates are slightly 
higher - please inquire.
Some discounts for stays over 7 nights in Off Season - please 
inquire.      
    
3 night minimum stay
Hawaii tax of 11.25% applies
Security deposit: $200 fully refundable)or valid credit card # on file
Cleaning Fee:   $88
