converted 100 years later into lovely condominiums. Unit #7 features
lofty 12 foot ceilings, attractive furnishings, central
air-conditioning plus ceiling fans in every room, a jetted tub, 2
cable TVs, a vcr/dvd player, and reserved off-street parking. Morning
Star Villa is located at 1307 Beach Ave., near Pittsburgh Ave.

convertible bed, 2 cable TVs, fully-equipped kitchen with microwave,
dishwasher, coffee maker, and icemaker, washer and dryer, ironing
board and iron, small video library, childrens board games, phone,
outside shower, bike rack.
Four beach tags are included, others can be easily purchased upon your
arrival.
Tenants are responsible for supplying towels & linens. Blankets and
pillows are provided.

Upon receiving your reservation a lease with payment schedule is
created and mailed to you for your signature. The usual payment
schedule is as follows:
1/2 upon signing the lease by tenant and the balance paid in full 8
weeks in advance of occupancy.
A $250.00 security deposit is required one month in advance and is
fully refundable if the property is left in a clean and orderly
condition with no damage.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

If the property is not re-rented for the cancellation period, no money
will be refunded. If the property is re-rented, your rent, less 10%,
will be refunded.
